Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Guwahati Airport / Railway Station 鈥� Shillong

  Meet and assist by our representative at the Guwahati Airport / Railway Station & transfer to Shillong (4,900 ft.), called 鈥楽cotland of the East鈥�. Enroute visit Umium Lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. Overnight stay at Shillong.
• Day 2 : Excursion to Cherrapunjee

  After early breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft.), the wettest place in the world. You will see the beautiful waterfall known as Nohkalikai. You can also explore the caves known as Mawsmai. Evening return to Shillong, enroute visit Elephanta falls and Shillong peak for some breathtaking views. Overnight stay at Shillong.

• Day 3 : Shillong - Kaziranga :聽(295kms / 7hrs)

  After breakfast transfer to Kaziranga National Park, the home of 鈥淥ne Horned Rhinoceros鈥�. Check in at your hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Kaziranga
• Day 4 : Kaziranga National Park

  Early morning explore any one zone of Kaziranga National Park on back of Elephant. Apart from the Rhino, other species found are Hog Deer, Swamp Deer, Wild Buffalo, Elephants and if you are lucky then tiger also. It is also home to pelicans, storks and darters as there are a number of water bodies inside the Park. Return to the resort for breakfast. In the afternoon enjoy jeep safari through the National Park. Evening return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

• Day 5 : Kaziranga - Tezpur /Bhalukpong :聽(165kms / 5hrs)

  After breakfast departure to Tezpur / Bhalukpong. On arrival check in at your hotel. Overnight stay at Tezpur / Bhalukpong.
• Day 6 : Bhalukpong - Bomdila :聽(160kn / 5 hrs)

  Early morning after breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to Bomdila (8,200 ft.). Check in to the hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Bomdila.
• Day 7 : Bomdila - Tawang :聽(185kms / 7hrs)

  This morning proceed to Tawang (180km) 鈥� the land of Monpa Tribes & major centre of the Mahayana Buddhists. On the way to Tawang lies the world鈥檚 second highest pass 鈥� THE SELA PASS (13700ft) which run through a small ridge & along a lake called PARADISE LAKE. And visit JASWANTGARH, a memorial to the brave soldier who single tried to hold of approaching Chinese from the pass during the 1962 Indo-Chinese war. On arrival check in hotel.
  O/N at Tawang
• Day 8 : Tawang sightseeing

  After breakfast visit Tawang Monastery, Namgye Lhaste, Penga Ten Tso Lake (P.T.S.O.), Gorsham Chorten, Gontse Garden, Chung Ani Gompa. Overnight stay at Tawang.

• Day 9 : Tawang - Dirang

  After breakfast proceed to Dirang (4,910 ft.). On arrival check in at your hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Dirang.
• Day 10 : Dirang - Nameri :聽(165kms / 6hrs)

  After Breakfast transfer to Nameri. Check in the hotel on arrival. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Nameri.
• Day 11 : Nameri to Guwahati:聽(225 kms / 6 hrs)

  After Breakfast transfer to Guwahati. Check in at your hotel. In the evening visit 鈥楰alakshetra鈥�, a place where Assamese history and culture is presented through Light and sound show. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
• Day 12 : Guwahati sightseeing

  After breakfast out to visit Kamakhya Temple, Tirupati Balaji Temple, Nabagraha Temple, Assam State Museum, State Zoo cum Botanical Garden, Regional Science Centre and Sukreswar Temple (The 6th Jyotirlinga of Shiva). Afternoon we suggest an optional tour of Golden sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra (Direct Payment by own). Overnight stay at Guwahati
• Day 13 : Guwahati 鈥� Airport / Railway Station :

  After breakfast check out from hotel & transfer to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station for your onward journey.
