There are several beaches along this coastline and Gujarat has some of the finest beaches in India which serves as ideal destination for beach tourism. Apart from beaches, Gujarat has many places of religious and cultural importance. Dwaraka, Somanath, Pawagadh, Bhadreswar, Shamlaji, the Jain temples at Taranga etc are few places frequently visited by pilgrims and tourists. There are several monuments and forts with historical importance depicting the splendor of ancient architecture. Gujarat is also famous for the Gir forests which is the last retreat of the Asiatic Lions.Air fare / Train fare.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Rajkot - Somnath

  Today morning you arrive Rajkot and are driven by car to Somnath (approx 194 Kms / 5-6 hrs). Upon arrival you check-in at the hotel. Refresh and vist the Somnath Temple - famous temple of Lord Shiva. The temple at Somnath is an imposing structure offering a spectacular sight to the beholders. Rest of the day is at leisure. You may chose to visit the Veraval Beach, which is great place to refresh your body, mind and soul.

• Day 2 : Somnath - Dwarka

  Today in the morning after an early breakfast you are driven to Dwarka (approx 234 Kms / 6-7 hrs). Upon arrival you check in at the hotel. Rest and refresh. Rest of the day is at leisure.

• Day 3 : Dwarka

  Today after breakfast you are driven to Dwarkadhish Temple, which is one of the biggest Hindu pilgrimage places in India. Dwarkadhish Temple is adorned with rich carvings and is an architectural gem. After visiting the temple you shall visit Bet Dwarka (approx 1 hr from the Dwarkadhish Temple). Rest of the day is at leisure.

• Day 4 : Dwarka - Rajkot

  Today in the morning after an early breakfast you are driven to Rajkot Airport/Railway Station (approx 221 Kms / 4-5 hrs). Upon arrival you catch a flight/train back home with beautiful memories of your holiday.
