Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : New Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport - Hotel (New Delhi)

  On arrival at the airport, you鈥檒l be met by one of our representatives outside the exit gate. Just keep a look out for a friendly man
  holding a placard with your name on it. The representative will take you to your car, from where you鈥檒l be whisked off to your
  hotel. The rest of the day is yours to do with as you please.

• Day 2 : Old Delhi Walking Tour (New Delhi)2)New Delhi Tour (New Delhi)

  1)Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the oldest part of Delhi. Poke around the shops, marvel at the architecture, and come shoulder to
  shoulder with men and oxen pulling carts full of their wares.
  This walk around Old Delhi will last for about four hours, taking in Shri Digambar Jain Lal Mandir (Jain temple), Gauri Shankar
  Mandir (Hindu temple), Sunehri Masjid (Golden mosque), Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib (Sikh temple), Jalebi Wala (sweet shop),
  Dariba Kalan (jewellery market) and Paranthe Wali Gali (paratha lane).
  2)Two wonderful Mughal monuments (Qutab Minar and Humayun鈥檚 Tomb) and a couple of British structures (India Gate and
  Rashtrapati Bhavan) make this a real journey into Delhi鈥檚 past.
  At the start of your tour you鈥檒l be driven to the Qutab Minar, where you鈥檒l spend an hour looking around the monuments. Following
  this, there鈥檒l be about a 30 minute drive before you arrive at Humayun鈥檚 Tomb. You can spend around 60-90 minutes here 鈥�
  exploring the monuments and relaxing in the beautiful grounds 鈥� before being taken to Lutyens鈥� Delhi. Here you will visit India
  Gate and Rashtrapati Bhavan.

• Day 3 : New Delhi - Agra (By Road) 2)Taj Mahal and Agra Fort (Agra)

  1)The driver will take you to Agra (04 Hrs / 180 KMS Approx.). Along the way you鈥檒l have the opportunity to take breaks for
  refreshments and photography.
  2)Visiting the Taj Mahal is an absolute must during your time in India. The vast beauty and intricate marble-work of its architecture
  complements the romance of its back story perfectly.
  Contrasting the delicate beauty of the Taj Mahal is the robust splendour of Agra Fort 鈥� just two kilometres (1.3 miles) down the
  road. The red sandstone turrets, impenetrable walls and hidden corridors make it a fascinating place to explore.
  On arriving at the Taj Mahal, your guide will show you around, giving you an overview of the monument鈥檚 history, as well as
  sharing some interesting anecdotes. With the guide鈥檚 assistance, you鈥檒l be free to wander around the grounds, examine the
  architecture, take pictures and step inside the mahal itself. After two hours, the driver will meet you and take you to Agra Fort.
  Fifteen minutes after leaving the Taj Mahal, you鈥檒l arrive at Agra Fort and spend some time here before the tour ends.
  Optional: If you鈥檇 like to see the centuries-old craft of marble-working in action, then mention this to the driver and he鈥檒l happily
  take you to one of the workshops before the end of the tour. Please note, this optional activity will add an hour to the duration of
  your tour.

• Day 4 : Agra - Jaipur (By Road)

  The driver will take you to Jaipur (4 Hrs / 285 Kms approx.). Along the way you鈥檒l have the opportunity to take breaks for

  1)Having been picked up by your guide and driver, you鈥檒l be taken to the 16th century Rajput capital of Amber 鈥� just 11km from the
  city. The tour also includes an elephant ride to reach the entrance of this fortress of Amber.
  2)This four hour trip will take you to the Maharaja鈥檚 City Palace, which is a magnificent structure lying within the walled city of
  Jaipur. Here you鈥檒l get to walk around palaces, audience halls and a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.
  From here it鈥檚 onwards to the Jantar Mantar Observatory, where you鈥檒l see many impressive instruments used for measuring 鈥渢he
  harmony of the heavens鈥�. After this you鈥檒l have a photo opportunity at the Palace of the Winds (Hawa Mahal), and will enjoy a
  drive through some of the pink areas of the city.

• Day 6 : Jaipur - Pushkar

  1)The driver will take you to Pushkar(2 hrs 30 Mins / 180 Kms approx.). Along the way you鈥檒l have the opportunity to take breaks for

  2)At the heart of Pushkar is the lake 鈥� known as Brahm Sarovar 鈥� and the whole of this tour will take place in its vicinity. As well as
  spending some time wandering alongside the lake, you鈥檒l also get the opportunity to visit Brahma Temple (one of the few
  remaining temples dedicated to the Hindu god Brahma) and look around Pushkar Bazaar.

• Day 7 : Pushkar - Udaipur (By Road)

  The driver will take you to Udaipur ( 4 Hrs 45 Mins / 286 Kms approx. ). Along the way you鈥檒l have the opportunity to take breaks

• Day 8 : Udaipur City Tour

  First of all you鈥檒l visit Udaipur鈥檚 City Palace, where you鈥檒l get the chance to explore this 400-year old Maharana鈥檚 residence. Later
  on in the day, you鈥檒l spend some time relaxing in the beautiful Sahelion-ki-Bari gardens, before moving onto the Jagdish temple
  and the local folk museum. With lunch taken somewhere in the middle, you鈥檒l have the opportunity to visit Sajjangarh (Monsoon
  Palace) before finishing the day with a boat ride on Lake Pichola.

  Jaisalmer is a golden city where the past sparkles with legends of Rajput鈥檚 unmatched courage and valor. Magnificent yellow
  sandstone Jaisalmer Fort will somehow take you in a dreamland. Marvel at the spectacular Gadsisar Lake that was once the
  major source of water supply for the whole city. Don鈥檛 miss sitting on the back of a camel at Sam Sand Dunes, the most romantic
  way of experiencing a desert safari without which the tour to Jaisalmer is incomplete. Get enchanted with the most fascinating
  tourism attraction of Jaisalmer i.e. Havelis! The delicately carved windows, spacious courtyards, awe- striking murals and
  frescoes and an overall romantic feel just make you wish that you were born in this era and could own this haveli! One of the

• Day 13 : Jaisalmer - Bikaner

  1)You鈥檒l be driven to Bikaner (4 Hrs 30 Mins / 330 Kms approx.). On the way you鈥檒l be able to stop for refreshments and photograph
  opportunities should you want to.
  2)Bikaner鈥檚 16th century Junagarh (Old Fort) forms the backbone of this tour. On entering this imposing, red sandstone structure
  you will discover a great number of fascinating buildings housed within the complex 鈥� including several palaces, a couple of
  temples and the Diwan-i-Am (public audience hall).
  Afterwards, you鈥檒l get the chance to walk through the narrow lanes within the walled city, visiting some of the havelis (courtyard
  houses) in the area. You鈥檒l also visit the Ganga Golden Jubilee Museum, which has a large collection of artefacts dating as far
  back as the days of the Harappan civilisation.
