Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival at Delhi

  Assistance on arrival at Delhi International airport followed by transfer to the hotel. Upon arrival check into the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 2 : Delhi - Udaipur

  After breakfast tour briefing by India Insight staff followed by full day city tour of Old and New Delhi. In addition to its Historic interest and role as the Government center, Delhi is a major travel gateway. It is one of India鈥檚 busiest entrance points for overseas airlines, the hub of the North Indian travel network and a stop on the overland route across Asia. Places to visit are鈥�
  
  Red Fort (REMAINS CLOSED ON EVERY MONDAY)
  Raj Ghat
  Jama Masjid
  India Gate
  Qutub Minar
  Humayun鈥檚 Tomb
  Drive past the Government building lining the Jan path
  
  Later in the evening in time assisted departure transfer to railway station to board overnight train to Udaipur.

• Day 3 : Arrival Udaipur

  Assistance on arrival at the railway station followed by transfer to the hotel. Upon arrival the clients can have the breakfast till the time their room gets ready. (Early check in subject to availability). After check in, morning is at leisure. Later have a Half Day City Tour. Places to Visits are鈥�
  
  The Maharana鈥檚 City Palace standing on the edge of the lake Pichola.
  The Sahelion ki Bari is a good example of the art of landscaping.
  Afternoon enjoy Boat ride on Lake Pichola on Seat Basis. Also visit Jag Mandir during this ride.

• Day 4 : Udaipur - Ranakpur - Jodhpur

  After breakfast drive to Ranakpur. It is famous for Jain Temples at Ranakpur.
  Enroute visit Ranakpur.
  
  After visit continue drive to Jodhpur, once the capital of the state Marwar. Jodhpur is built tumbling down a low sandstone hill, right on the edge of the great Thar Desert. On arrival, check into hotel.
  Evening is free at leisure for individual activities.
  Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 5 : Jodhpur

  After breakfast, have a half day city tour of Jodhpur. Places to visit include
  Mehrangarh Fort
  Jaswant Thada
  Ummaid Bhawan Palace
  
  Later return back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 6 : Jodhpur - Jaipur

  After breakfast drive to Jaipur. Jaipur the capital of Rajasthan still looks cradled and well protected. Jaipur takes its name from Maharaja Jai Singh, who became the king of Amber at the age of 13. He soon shifted his capital from Amber to Jaipur and added architect and astronomy to his credentials. He designed the bulk of his new capital, with its exquisite buildings of rose colored terra cotta, thus giving it the name of "the Pink city" with pink and orange the dominant colors, the effect is magic at dusk. Arrive in Jaipur by the afternoon and check into the hotel.
  
  Evening is spent exploring the city by visiting the local market with car & driver only
  Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 7 : Jaipur

  After breakfast drive to Amber fort. Enjoy an elephant ride while going up the fort.
  
  In the afternoon, have a half day city tour of Jaipur. Places to visit include:

  Hawa Mahal (From out side only)
  Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 8 : Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra

  After breakfast commence drive to Agra.
  En route visit Fatehpur Sikri, "the Ghost City鈥� which lies west of Agra.
  From here continue drive to Agra. Agra is famous as being home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World-the Taj Mahal. Agra was once the capital of the Mughal Empire and even today it seems to linger in the past. Not surprising, for the Mughal emperors with their passion for building, endowed the city with some of the finest structures in the world. It is very easy to slip away here through the centuries into the grandeur and intrigues of the Mughal court. Upon arrival check in to the hotel.
  Rest of the day at leisure.

• Day 9 : Agra - Varanasi

  Early morning visit The Monument of Love 鈥� Taj Mahal (TAJ MAHAL REMAINS CLOSED ON EVERY FRIDAY).
  
  After the visit, return back to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, (CHECKOUT AT 1200 HRS). Later have a half day city tour of Agra. Places to visit are:
  
  Itmadaullah
  Red fort
  Sikandra
  After the visits in time drive to the train station to catch the overnight train to Varanasi. Overnight in train.

• Day 10 : Varanasi

  Assistance on arrival at the railway station followed by transfer to the hotel. Upon arrival the clients can have the breakfast till the time their room gets ready.   The Dasashwamedh Ghat (Main Ghat)
  Gyanvapi Mosque (Alamgir Mosque)
  Kashi Vishwanath Temple Etc.
  
  Later Old City and Evening AARTI Tour - One can drive to the old city by CAR and walk in the Old City, walking through the famous narrow lanes and proceed to the Burning Ghat and take a Boat to view the sunset Aarti Puja from the Ganges River itself.
  Overnight at the Hotel.

• Day 11 : Varanasi - Delhi

  Early Morning Boat Ride at the river Ganges.
  After breakfast, day is free to relax or for shopping. Later you will be provided in time departure transfer to the airport for your flight to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi you will be provided assistance followed by transfer to the nearby mall for last minute shopping. Later you will be provided in time assisted departure transfer to international airport for your flight back home.
