Day 1 : Places to visit at Goa

Calangute beach – Calangute Beach is the longest beach, Stretching from Candolim to Baga in North Goa. Due to its sheer size and popularity, it is a hub for tourists and backpackers from all over the world and country itself.

Basilica of Bon Jesus – A site accompanied by rich cultural and religious value, the Basilica of Bom Jesus has been awarded as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. This Church is one of a kind in India and is known for its Illustrative baroque architecture and the building of this church coincides with the beginning of Christianity in India.

Fort Aguada – The Fort is of 17th-century Portuguese fort looking out at the interflow of Mandovi River and the Arabian Sea. Approximately 18 Km from Panjim, the crumbling ramparts of the fort stand on the Sinquerim Beach.The highlight of the fort is one of its kind in Asia (is a lone four-storey lighthouse). and a stunning view of the sunset.

Water sports in Goa – Scuba diving – Scuba diving is undoubtedly the best way to explore the world under the surface of deep blue waters.
