Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : SIEM REAP

  On arrival you will be met and transferred聽to your hotel. Enjoy a welcome dinner at the聽Embassy Restaurant, an exclusive fine dining聽experience unparalleled in Siem Reap.
• Day 2 : SIEM REAP

  After a typical Cambodian breakfast at a聽noodle stall, explore Angkor Archaeological聽Park. End the day with a relaxing cruise聽in a gondola paddle boat in the moat of聽Angkor Thom compound while watching
  a spectacular sunset at Prasat Chroung聽Temple. Cocktails, champagne and canap茅s聽will be available as the boat paddles slowly聽along the ancient moat. Tonight dine at the聽renowned Sugar Palm Restaurant, owned聽by Cambodian-New Zealand chef Kethana聽Dunnet.
• Day 3 : SIEM REAP

  Travel to the pretty pink sandstone temple of聽Banteay Srei, considered one of the bestpreserved聽temples in Cambodia. Continue to聽the country home of Chef Kethana. Over the聽course of the morning, you will learn how to聽make various dishes that are served at Sugar聽Palm. This afternoon, experience a walking
  tour around Kompheim village.聽This evening you will be picked up by local聽remork and your local guide will take you to聽uncover hidden treasures and areas favoured聽by locals to sample some of Cambodia鈥檚 lesser聽known cuisine.聽
• Day 4 : SIEM REAP - BATTAMBANG

  This morning visit Siem Reap鈥檚 food markets聽and street food stalls, sampling food along聽the way, before heading out on a scenic drive聽through rice paddies and temples to a village聽known for a quintessentially Cambodian聽dish.聽Continue by road to Battambang. En route聽stop at Prasat Phnom Banan Winery,聽Cambodia鈥檚 only commercial winery. There is聽opportunity for wine tasting including a red聽wine that is a blend of cabernet and shiraz, a聽brandy and ginger juice.聽This evening, enjoy dinner at Jaan Bai, a
  social enterprise restaurant established by聽the聽Cambodian Children鈥檚 Trust.聽
• Day 5 : BATTAMBANG

  Explore the historic centre of Battambang,聽beginning at the lively local markets. Try聽some of the award-winning coffee at Kinyei聽Caf茅 and stop for lunch at Lan Chov Khorko聽Miteanh for some hand-pulled noodles and聽handmade dumplings.聽This evening, enjoy an evening snack food tour聽by bicycle. Stop at a handful of local eateries聽and stalls along the riverside where there聽is a chance to sample some of the region鈥檚聽renowned street food snacks.聽
• Day 6 : BATTAMBANG - SIEM REAP

  Stop at the Ancient House located in Wat Kor聽Village, where the lady of the house will give聽you a guided tour, showing you how they mill聽their own rice and demonstrating the afterdinner聽betel leaf ritual. Continue through聽picturesque countryside to visit small cottage聽industries operated by artisanal producers,聽many of which have been making their聽product for generations. 聽This evening, visit Asana Bar for a Khmer聽cocktail lesson. During this fun informal class聽learn about Khmer herbs, spices and 聽roots,聽the basic principles of making cocktails,聽and how to prepare and mix a cocktail.聽Enjoy dinner at the riverside Chanrey Tree聽Restaurant for some of the most refined聽Cambodian cuisine in Siem Reap.
• Day 7 : SIEM REAP

  Transfer to the airport where your journey聽ends.
