Day 1 : Yangon - Sittwe
After breakfast, visit to Sanpya Fish Market, which is quite crowded in the morning. Then transfer to airport for the late morning flight to Sittwe. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel for check-in. In the afternoon visit cultural museum, bronze image (Pharagyi) and nearby nunnery. Continue to Gawlibunga (Busy Port), bamboo/thatch market. Enjoy sunset at viewpoint (sea beach). You can walk from the beach directly to viewpoint. Overnight at your hotel in Sittwe.
Day 2 : Sittwe - Mrauk Oo
Early morning, drive to the jetty and take a private chartered boat to Mrauk Oo. Enjoy 6 hrs long trip along the Kiccepanadi River. Upon arrival, transfer to Nawarat Hotel for check-in. In the afternoon visit Anndaw Thein Temple, with two inner pavements inside the temple where a total of 142 Buddha images are placed to be worshipped; Shitethaung Temple, the most spectacular of King Mong Bong's massive temples with over 80,000 Buddha images and sculptures and Htukkant Thein Temple, a museum where you can study the traditional costumes and ornaments from the middle period of Mrauk Oo Dynasty. Sunset from the strategically important Haridaung Hill. Overnight in Mrauk Oo.
Day 3 : Mrauk Oo - Tattooed Chin Village - Mrauk Oo
Early morning at 06:00 by boat to the Tattoo Chin Tribe village which is about 45 miles from Mrauk Oo. On the way you will have breakfast and lunch. Explore the village and visit to the local houses. If you like you can walk on the mountain and visit to these areas. Late afternoon back to Mrauk Oo by boat. Overnight in Mrauk Oo.
Day 4 : Mrauk Oo - Wethali (vesali) - Mrauk Oo
After breakfast visit the market in Mrauk Oo. Then drive by jeep to the ancient city of Wethali (30 minutes), founded by King Dvan Sandra in 327 A.D. The Great Wethali Payagyi, the 17 feet high Buddha image is said to be made from a single piece of boulder. Chronicles say that it was donated by Queen Thupaba-Devi, the Chief Queen of King Maha Taing Candra, the founder of Vesali. This ancient Buddha image in the Bhumi-sparsa or Earth-touching Mudra, is one of the oldest Buddha images in the whole country. From the 510 feet mound near the old Abaungdaw moat to Thaung-gyatt-taw (or frontlet Relic) Pagoda you have a nice panoramic view of the old city now covered by forest trees with a couple of village lying in between some farm land. In the afternoon come back to Mrauk Oo and continue sightseeing of Mrauk Oo: Pharaouk Temple, build late 16th century with 29 niches in its inner wall; Kothaung Temple, with it's 90.000 statues built as an astro-magical contrivance for warding off the evils and finaly visit the Shwegudaung Hills south of U Mra Wa Pagoda. Overnight in Mrauk Oo.
Day 5 : Mrauk Oo - Myo Tribe Village - Sittwe
After breakfast transfer to jetty and depart from Mrauk Oo to Sittwe by boat. On the way visit Myo Tribe's Village with their traditional Khami Clothes. Lunch on the way. Upon arrival in Sittwe transfer to your hotel for check-in. Rest of the day free at your own leisure. Overnight in Sittwe.
Day 6 : Sittwe - Yangon
After breakfast visit the lobster and crab whole sale houses to see the working activities and the Buddha Museum. In the afternoon transfer to the airport for your flight back to Yangon. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel for check-in.
