Jawai known for its leopards is a village also situated near to the dam and a railway station on Ajmer-Ahmadabad route. With the same name, a dam built across the Jawai river, a tributary of Luni river. One of the big hospitals named as Mahavir Hospital is located near the Jawai railway station, which was inaugurated by ex-President late Mr. Zail Singh.The dam is situated near Sumerpur town in Pali District of Rajasthan state in India. The dam was built by Maharaja Umaid Singh of Jodhpur.
The work started on 12 May 1946 and it got completed in 1957. Total expenditure was Rupees 2 crore 7 Lakhs. This is the biggest dam in the western Rajasthan. Besides being a winter paradise for migratory birds, it is the main water supply source for Jodhpur city and parts of Pali district. Bamnera and Korta are a historic place and have developed in a major tourist attraction. Both villages have lot to offer, from its rich history, culture, tradition and the warm hospitality of locals. Bamnera and Korta are a true insight of rural India.
Places Of Interest :- Jawai Dam, Marsh Crocodile Sanctuary, Kambeshwar Ji Leopard Sanctuary, Bird Sanctuary, Bamnera & Korta Village developed as tourist attractions, Kambeshwar Mahadev Temples, Sheppard鈥檚 Hamlets.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Pick Up From Delhi Airport/Railway Station And Drive To Jawai Rajasthan And Resort Check-In

Early Morning Pick up from Delhi Airport/Railway station and proceed to Jawai Rajasthan. Check in resort post lunch. Fresh up and in the evening go for some local sightseeing. In the evening come to hotel and have your dinner at the hotel. No breakfast and lunch included for the day only dinner at Resort in Jawai is included for the day, spend a comfortable and enjoyable night at the resort.

Day 2 : Local Sightseeing At Jawai And Village Excurison

Rise early in the morning and leave to explore the forest and Riverside, the flora and fauna of the Jawai, Come back to the hotel at time of breakfast and enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. Take a short here at the resort and relax yourself. Have your lunch at the resort and then go for local sightseeing nearby area of Jawai. Return back to the Resorts in the evening have your delicious dinner at the resort, and spend lavish night at the resort.

Day 3 : Local Sightseeing And Leopard Sighting

Get up in the morning have your breakfast at the resort and then proceed to search leopards in Jawai forests, return back to the hotel have your sumptuous lunch at the resort take a short rest here and in the evening go for local village sightseeing. Drives back to the resort in the evening have your yummy dinner at the resort and spend comfortable night at the resort.

The package can鈥檛 be clubbed with any other offer/deal.

Package inclusions and itinerary can鈥檛 be change/negotiate.

Service Tax would be charged extra as per the govt. rule (as applicable).

The package can鈥檛 be booked for a single person, it is for two adults only.

Local sightseeing as per the itinerary depends on the local weather conditions.

Refund on cancellation depends upon the concerned hotel鈥檚 cancellation policies.

Guests are not allowed to drive the cab, provided for the above mentioned itinerary.

The above package is not valid during the festival season, national holidays, long weekends, and New Year.

Per person rates (in Rs.), and applicable on 2 persons, sharing the same room (maximum 2 adults are allowed).

In case of delay in departure occur by guest, cab extra charges will be charge to the guest. Cab will be available till 12 am of last day of booked package.

All transfers, excursions, sightseeing and travel as per itinerary in an air conditioned vehicle (The air conditions will work in plain areas only and not on hills).

Air condition is allowed in the moving position of the cab provided and not in the standing position if it is more than 10 minutes for the above mentioned itinerary.

Guests are not allowed to drink (alcohol)/smoke / do any other illegal activities as per the Indian laws inside the cab, provided for the above mentioned itinerary.

Package rates are subject to change without prior notice. However the new package rates would be conveyed to the guest depending on the availability in the hotels.

One Child between 0 to 4 years is complimentary (without bed) after that each child between 0 to 4 years 50% of per person package cost without extra bed, child between 4 To 12 years will be charged 70% of the per person package cost with extra bed ( mattress ) sharing the same room with parents, beyond 12 years 100% per person package cost will be charged with extra bed (mattress) sharing the same room with parents and we request our guest to declare the actual age of the child at the time booking.

Bariza Holidays reserves the right to change/modify/terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice. However the guests who have already booked their packages would be informed on time.
