Munnar is a lovely place that is a hill station and a beautiful tourism spot in the southern part of Kerala. Munnar hills are located at a height of 5000 ft to 8000 ft above sea level at the meeting point of the three mountain streams Mudrapuzha, Nallathani & Kundala. Expansive Tea plantations, picture book towns, meandering lanes, and holiday facilities make this a trendy resort town.

186 km south east of Kochi is a small village by the name of Thekkady. Nevertheless its size, it attracts a whole lot of visitors. The reason for this being that this small village is the only gateway to the most famous wildlife sanctuary of the south - the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. To some this might sound strange since not long back, this was a place known for its elephant poaching. However, today, things have changed and the poachers have turned into protectors of animals.

Also known as the Venice of the East, the beautiful town of Alleppey is famous for its picturesque locales. ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ to the famous backwaters of Kerala, a tour to Alleppey is a definite must include if you are planning a trip to Kerala. Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : COCHIN - MUNNAR (131 kms)

  Arrival at Cochin Airport / Railway Station and proceed to Munnar, on the way visit Cheeyappara Waterfalls, viewpoint etc. Check in hotel. Overnight stay at Munnar.
• Day 2 : Munnar

  After breakfast whole day spending in Munnar visit Eravikulam National Park, Echopoint, Kundala Dam, Mattupetty, Munnar Tea Plantations etc. Overnight stay at Munnar.

  • Meals & Drinks Breakfast
• Day 3 : MUNNAR - THEKKADY (110 kms)

  After breakfast proceed to Thekkady (Periyar), on the way visit Devikulam tea plantations, Chinnakkanal etc, check in hotel by Noon. Afternoon (optional) boating in Periyar Lake through wild life sanctuary. Overnight stay at Thekkady.

  • Meals & Drinks Breakfast
• Day 4 : THEKKADY - ALLEPPEY (House Boat) (170 kms)

  After breakfast proceed to Alleppey, check in to your Houseboat through Narrow Canals Paddy Fields, Coconut Lagoons and coir villages. Overnight stay at Houseboat.

  • Meals & Drinks Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
• Day 5 : FAREWELL

  Its time to bid farewell, after breakfast, drop at Cochin Airport / Railway Station.
