Package Overview

To be proximity close to great mountain the Mt. Everest is a dream of all mountain and nature lovers of the world. To see once the great Mountain "top of the world" The Mount Everest standing in front of one is the great feeling that is not possible to describe in words.

Everest Base Camp trek begins with an "eye opening" flight to Lukla at 2800 meters and passes through the picturesque Sherpa village of Namche Bazaar to Gorakshep culminating in the "ascent" of Kala Pattar (5500 m) from where classic views of Everest and its surrounding peaks are available. Most of the trek is spent above altitudes of 3000 meters in the Khumbu and Imja valleys. Although this is a short trek, by Nepal standards, there will be plenty of time to enjoy the culture of the Sherpas, visit ancient monasteries and learn how Lamaistic Buddhism influences Sherpa life. Beautiful, multi-hued prayer flags prayer wheels and intricately carved Mani stones line every hilltop, rock wall and trailside singing prayers to the gods with every breeze and every passing traveler.Lunch and Dinner at Kathmandu

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Kathmandu (1337m).

  Arrive received at Tribhuwan International Airport.
  Welcome with Garland and transfer to hotel by private vehicle
  Welcome drink and check inn to the hotel.
  Evening meet trekking guide and program briefing.
  Over night stay at hotel.
• Day 2 : Kathmandu Sightseeing

  After Breakfast, Kathmandu valley sightseeing;
  Shri-Pashupatinath Temple, Budhanilkantha Temple, Swaymbhunath Stupa and Kathmandu Durbar Square.
  Rest of the day prepare for trekking.
  Overnight stay at hotel.
• Day 3 : Kathmandu - Lukla (2840m) to Phakding (2610m)- 4 hours

  After breakfast transfer to Kathmandu domestic airport.
  Fly about 35 minutes to Lukla.
  After lunch at Lukla, luggage setup for porter and start trek to Phakding.
  Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
• Day 4 : Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440 m) 鈥� 6 hours

  Trek start early in the morning after breakfast.
  Trail leads zigzagpath to cross the Dhudh Koshi River suspension bridge.
  Cross Manjo for Lunch and steeply ascending to Namche Bazar.
  Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
• Day 5 : Acclimatization at Namche Bazaar (3440 m)

  Namche Bazar Excursion.
  Visit Sherpa Museum.
  Visit Everest View Point and Khumjung Village.
  Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
• Day 6 : Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3867 m) 鈥� 6 hours

  Trek starts early in the morning after breakfast at Namche.
  Magnificent Himalayas views of; Konde, Kusum-Kangaroo, Kang-Teka, Thamseru, Ama-Dablam, Island, Kumbila, Lotse 鈥揝har, Lotse, Nuptse, 鈥淭HE MOUNT EVEREST鈥� Pumori, and Many more peaks of great Himalayas.
  Visit Tengboche Monastery.
  Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
• Day 7 : Tengboche to Dingboche (4410 m) 鈥�6 hours

  Trek through beautiful Alpine and Rhododendron Forest.
  Encounter endogenous animals and birds including Musk Dear, Blue Sheep and Lophophorus.
  Meet the real Mountain Sherpa People.
  Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
• Day 8 : Dingbuche (4410 m)

  Day free (rest) for Acclimatization.
  Climbing Nangkr Tshang Peak (4750m).
  Visit Chhukung (Island Peak Base Camp/ view Point)
  Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
• Day 9 : Dingbuche to Lobuche (4910 m) - 6 hours

  Trekking route turned into dry and stony Path.
  View of beautiful and popular Khumbu Fall including close-up view of Mt. Everest.
  Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
• Day 10 : Louche to Gorakh Shep (5140 m) - EBC Excursion

  Trek to Gorakh Shep about 4 hours following the rocky moraine path.
  View icy glacial pond and icebergs, down below of Khumbu Glacier.
  Pouch the trek at Gorakh Shep for Lunch and a short rest.
  Start trek to Everest Base Camp (5364 m) about 3 hours.
  Gently ascending with rough zigzag path.
  Excursion of Everest Base Camp.
  Trek down to similarly descanting up to Gorakh Shep.
  Enjoy with hot and delicious dinner.
  Overnight stay at trekkers lodges.
• Day 11 : Gorakh Shep to Pheriche (4240m)

  Early in the morning hike to Kala Patthar (5550m) about 2.5 hours.
  The walk is steeply ascending until you reach a rocky spot Kala Patthar.
  Panoramic view of Mt. Everest and many other mountain peaks like Mt. Pumori, Mt. Lingtren, Mt. Khumbutse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama-Dablam, Mt. Thamserku and many more.
  Excursion and Photography.
  Return back to Goprakh Shep about 1.5 hours.
  After breakfast, start trek to Pheriche about 5 hours.
  Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
• Day 12 : Pheriche to Namche Bazar (3440 m)

  Trek about 7 hours to Namche Bazar.
  Overnight stay at trekkers lodge
• Day 13 : Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2840m)

  Trek about 7 hours to Lukla.
  Overnight stay at trekkers lodges.
• Day 14 : Lukla to Kathmandu.

  After breakfast transfer to Lukla Airport.
  Fly back to Kathmandu.
  Arrival picks up and transfers to hotel.
  Overnight stay at hotel.
