Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Cairo

  On arrival Cairo Airport, you will be met and transferred to your select Cairo hotel.
• Day 2 : Cairo

  Join your Egyptologist for a full day excursion to visit the step Pyramids of Sakkara and carper school. Lunch at Steigenberger Pyramids hotel. After lunch visit the great Pyramids of Giza, one of the seven wonders of the Ancient world including the visit of the Sphinx.

• Day 3 : Cairo - Aswan

  Early flight to Aswan Visit the lovely and elegant temple of Philae, dedicated to Isis, rescued from the rising waters by the UNESCO followed by a visit of the High Dam . Check in on your Nile Cruise. Lunch on board. Sunset Felucca ride on the Nile. Dinner on board. (Deluxe option includes flight and visit to Abu Simbel)

• Day 4 : Aswan - Luxor

  Visit the unusual temple of Kom Ombo dedicated to both Horus and the Crocodile God Sobek. Lunch on board. Sail to Edfu. Visit the temple of Horus in Edfu, one of the well preserved temples of Ancient Egypt and built to honor the falcon headed God. Sail to Luxor. Dinner on board. Overnight in Luxor.

• Day 5 : Luxor

  Optional Balloon ride over the West Bank. Visit the stunning tombs at the Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut temple, one of Egypt鈥檚 few female rulers and most successful Pharaohs , and finally a photo stop by the giant Colossi of Memnon. Lunch on board. Afternoon explore the impressive Karnak and Luxor temples. Dinner on board. Overnight in Luxor. Optional English Sound & Light Show at Karnak temple.

• Day 6 : Return to Cairo

  After breakfast, fly to Cairo. Rest of day at leisure to explore on your own.
