Booking Procedure
鈥� We request you to sign and send our booking form (as attached) by email scan / hard copy at the time of booking.
鈥� Kindly also submit passport copies (1st and last page) of the guests travelling by email scan or hard copy whatever feasible
鈥� We shall require non-refundable deposit of Rs.10000 per adult/per child while making booking. The full balance payment shall be required minimum 30 days before travel date.
鈥� The payments can be made by cash /cheque at par /DD /RTGS /NEFT transfers etc.For cash payments above Rs.50000, we shall require pan card copy of the guests as per RBI guidelines.
鈥� Surcharges applicable during Arab Health Conventions, Special Events.
鈥� Peak Season / Weekend Surcharges may be applicable at the time of confirmation.
鈥� VISA Approval is subject to Immigration Rules and Policies.
鈥� Travel Insurance rates will vary as per age of Passengers. Senior Citizens will be charged extra.
