Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : ARRIVE HARIDWAR

  Haridwar is the Gateway of ChardhamYatra. Upon arrival check inn into the hotel. Evening attend The Ganga Arti at famous Har Ki Pauri (by your own). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 2 : HARIDWAR 鈥� BARKOT (210 KMS / 07 HRS)

  After breakfast leave for Barkot via Mussoorie. En route visit Kempty fall. Upon arrival check in into the hotel, rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at Barkot. Acclimatize yourself to start a trek to Yamnotri from JanakiChatti.
  
  YAMUNOTRI: Yamunotri temple is dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. Yamunotri is the source of revered river Yamuna which originates from the Champasar Glacier lying 1 km ahead of the shrine situated at an elevation of 3235 mts above sea level. The approach is extremely difficult and pilgrims therefore offer Pooja at the temple itself. Yamunotri was the home of an ancient sage Asit Muni. The most important of these is Surya Kund. DivyaShila: A rock pillar, worshiped before entering the Yamunotri Temple.

• Day 3 : BARKOT 鈥� YAMUNOTRI (45 KM: 2 HRS + 5 KM TREK) 鈥� BARKOT

  After breakfast/packed breakfast, depart at 5/6am for Hanumanchatti (40 Km), Janki Chatti (5 km). Here you will begin the First Pahad Yatra of Yamunotri (5 Km trek). You can hire a Doli or a horse, for your trek (Cost Not Included). The trek passes through lush green valley, a profusion of conifers, rhododendrons, cacti and several species of Himalayan shrubs.

• Day 4 : BARKOT 鈥� UTTARKASHI (140 KMS / 07 HRS)

  After breakfast check out from the Barkot hotel and drive to Uttarkashi. On arrival check in into the hotel. Uttarkashi is situated on the banks of river Bhagirathi and is famous for its historical monuments, Temples & Ashrams. Dinner and Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
  
  UTTARKASHI: Uttarkashi is a small and beautiful town, situated between two rivers; Varuna and Ashi, whose water flow into the Bhagirathi from either side of the town. Elevated, at a height of 1588 meters, this little town is very similar to Kashi and Varanasi, in that it has the same kind of temples and ghats and likewise, a north or 鈥榰ttar鈥� facing river

• Day 5 : UTTARKASHI 鈥� GANGOTRI 鈥� UTTARKASHI (120KMS / 05 HRS)

  Early After breakfast/packed breakfast and drive to Gangotri. Nestled in the magnificent Garhwal Himalayas, Gangotri is set at an altitude of 3048 mts. Upon arrival at Gangotri take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin Visit the Gangotri Temple. The 18th century's temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga is located near a sacred stone where King Bhagirathi worshipped Lord Shiva. Ganga is believed to have touched earth at this spot. The temple is an exquisite 20 ft. high structure made of white granite. After performing Pooja Late afternoon drive back to Uttarkashi. Dinner & Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

• Day 6 : UTTARAKASHI 鈥� HARIDWAR (190KMS / 08 HRS)

  After breakfast leave for Haridwar and drop to hotel.

  This morning, you check out of the hotel after breakfast.
  You can Visit 鈥淢AA CHANDI鈥� 鈥淐HANDI DEVI MANDIR鈥� which is just 7kms from the main haridwar city, after darshan back for lunch at the most popular restaurant of Haridwar 鈥淗OSIYARPURI鈥� after lunch when you walk just 10minutes there you got the 鈥淩opeway鈥� for 鈥淢AA MANSA DEVI MANDIR鈥� ( By your Own)

• Helicopter tickets for any of the Dhams.
• Cost incidental due to road blocks, landslides, change in the itinerary/ stay on account of cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and or any factors beyond control.

• Hotels can be change without prior notice or Depends on distance covered by vehicle.
• May be you have to start your journey early in the morning cause of same day Darshan and Early journey may become cause of breakfast loss.
• We charged only for 10 Night accommodation, Extra night due to any reason will be on direct payment basis.
• In case of Helicopter Darshan guest have to stay in Guptkashi or nearby places.

IF WE CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY

• We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
• If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (for instance, bad weather):
• We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn鈥檛 already commenced;
• If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged from you on a pro-rata basis depending on portion of the tour standing utilized by you
• In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited refunding to you the price we charged as the tour fees .
• Change Your Holiday Plan
• After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by yourself.

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

• We accept responsibility for ensuring that your travel arrangements, which you book with us, are supplied as represented and promised to you. If Our liability in all cases shall be limited to the costs of your travel arrangements.
• We do not accept any responsibility for any third party services or service providers, like hotels, transport etc. For example, travel delays are the responsibility of the transporters and inefficient hospitality is the responsibility of the hotels.
• We are only your tour operator and at no time do we act as managers for your respective responsibilities and personal obligations. We are therefore not responsible for your acts, misdemeanor, omissions and neither are we responsible for managing any of your personal affairs; for example, we are not responsible for ensuring the safety of your personal belongings, travel documents, etc. at any time before the commencement of the tour or after it or during the tour.
• Holiday Insurance
• It will be your responsibility to purchase any sort of holiday insurance cover and we are not responsible for the same.

• We cannot and do not guarantee the exactness of any service that may be provided to you. For instance, photographs of the interiors of the hotel rooms posted on our website have been sourced from the respective Hotel management; the visual appeal of a room selected by you cannot and is not guaranteed by us. Similarly, while we assure you of enjoyable holidays, we cannot and do not guarantee or represent that such tour will be as per your mental perception, imagination or thought about such tours.

GENERAL IMPORTANT NOTES

• In case there is any change in price the same will be communicated to yourself and only after your confirmation, we will proceed further. There will be no reduction for un-utilized services
• Surcharges may be applicable over and above the holiday price for the requested period. The same will be advised at the time of booking or prior to confirmations.
• You need to make an advance payment at the time of confirming the tour and make the balance payment 35 days prior to the departure of the tour.
