Payment Terms & Methods : Costing is not based on fixed hotel and inventory and is subject to change. This would be infored to you within 48hrs of booking this package.

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS. Any component such as air, confirmed hotel of transfers etc which may have been issued would incur a cancellation charge which would be charged to the customer as per actual

Quotation is based as on 05th Dec 2023 contracted rates, doesn鈥檛 include any surcharge applicable for peak period or convention dates. The rates given in our offer are per person in a twin/DBL and any applicable single supplements and triple reductions are also given.

Any increase in prices of Sightseeing, Excursion etc before departure date will be informed well in advance.

In the event of any currency fluctuations or amendments in any local currency and/or Government taxes, Tripees reserves the right to amend prices accordingly. The exchange rates used on this offer are as per the above Offer Date.

All offered hotels are subject to availability at the time of reservations. We will endeavour to do our best to confirm in the offered hotels.

Any item of personal nature like laundry, telephone calls etc. is excluded

In the event of a trade fair, conferences, or public event taking place during the dates of travel we may need to house the group away from the affected area/s in order to avoid supplementary charges.

All rooms are standard run of the house rooms, unless otherwise stated.

Special requests such as elevators, air conditioning, etc. are not guaranteed in all properties. In addition, even if a property has amenities such as air conditioning or elevator, it is not guaranteed that it will be operational during your stay.

No reduction in the price will be provided for any missed services.

The coach services are per group and not for individual travel. All arrivals, departures and services are applicable for a group booking only.

Standard check-in time at the hotels is 1500hrs and check out time is 1100hrs.

On reaching Eiffel Tower, if there is a very long queue, we will be taking you to the Montparnasse tower (only in tours where Eiffel Tower entrance is included)

Touring coaches are at the disposal of the group every day indicated for the services stipulated in the itinerary but the use of these is limited to a 12hour period per day. The driver may only drive for a maximum of 9 hours within the total 12 hours at disposal and after a 4.5 hours鈥� drive, must have a break of 45 minutes. Thus, if the group commences use of the coach at 9.00 am, they must be finished back at the hotel by 9.00 pm and so on. Drivers must have a mandatory minimum of 11 hours consecutive resting period overnight so if the group returns to the hotel at 10:00 pm the driver cannot commence driving again until 9:00 am the following day. Tour hours must not contravene any legally permitted maximum hours.

There will Additional Supplement for the Coach if more than 49-seater coach is required.

As per EU Law all passengers, including children of any age, when using any coach service provided, must be seated & wear a seat belt where provided.

we shall not be liable to refund any amount or pay any compensation / damages on account of any change in itinerary. In case the alternate arrangements made are materially superior as compared to the ones described in the Quote, we may charge extra for the same at the time of booking /during the tour or after completion of the tour.

Currency Fluctuations: The currency rate will be locked in at the time of deposit. If the currency fluctuates more than 3%, Tripees Reisen reserves the right at any time (including after the initial deposit) to amend the rates or add a surcharge to the booking. If there are major itinerary changes after the initial deposit, the currency rate will be evaluated and rates may be increased or a surcharge may be added to the booking.

Tripees are travel and holiday organizers only. We inspect and select the services to be provided to you. However, we do not own, operate or control any airline, shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or provider etc. that is engaged to provide you services during the course of your tour. Therefore, please carefully note that: (1) you will need to adhere to the conditions, rules and regulations of each service provider. (2) If you cause any injury or damage affecting the service provider, then you may be liable to the service provider and if the service provider recovers any monies from us for such injury or damages, we shall separately charge you for the same; (3) we cannot be held responsible / liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss or damage etc. occasioned due to act or default of such service providers.

The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
