Rights to amend the itinerary if required:

Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case听of听events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts听of听the contents听of听the itinerary听for听safety and wellbeing听of听our esteemed passengers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure:

In case听of听cancellation听of听tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:听

60听days听& prior to arrival - 10%听of听the tour/service cost.听
59听days听to 30听days听prior to arrival - 20%听of听the tour/service cost.
29听days听to 15听days听prior to arrival - 25%听of听the tour/service cost.听
14听days听to 08听days听prior to arrival - 50%听of听the tour/service cost.听
07听days听& less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
Please note - Irrespective听of听above-mentioned cancellations slabs - in case听of听cancellation听of听tour services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.

In case听of听booking with听5听Star group听of听hotels and special train journey (like Toy Train in Shimla etc.) and high peak season bookings (Special seasons like Diwali - 15th Oct to 15th Nov - & X鈥� Mas / New Year period - 15th Dec to 5th Jan) NO refund will be provided irrespective听of听the period.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize.听For听unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.听
In regard to refund听of听unused / unutilized services (which are paid听for听and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis听of听cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 -听4听weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.听听
