Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive in Delhi - Shimla

  On arrival at the Delhi Airport or Delhi Railway Station, get on the transfer that will take you to Shimla. It is a mountainous place and the summer capital for the former British rule. Shimla is a snowcapped mountain range that gives you a sublime view of the majestic Himalayas. When you reach Shimla, check in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Shimla.

• Day 2 : Shimla-Kufri-Shimla

  In the morning, go on 30-minute drive to Kufri. It is a paradise set in a dense forest, which offers you snowy peaks and exquisite flora and fauna. Tune off from the urban life and tune in with nature. In winter, it turns into a skiing resort. Later in the day, go on a walking tour of Shimla and visit the Jakhoo Hills to witness a panoramic view of the town below. Stay overnight at the Shimla hotel.

• Day 3 : Shimla - Manali

  In the morning, go on a road trip to Manali. It is a hill station that is covered in pine trees and through it flows the Beas River. All along this picturesque setting are hamlets that adds to the beauty of the place. When you arrive at Manali, check in at the hotel. Relax for the night at Manali.

• Day 4 : Manali - Local Sightseeing

  After breakfast, go on a sightseeing tour of Manali. Visit the 450 years old temple dedicated to Hadimba Devi, which has some excellent woodcarving, Tibetan Monastery and a handicraft center. Rest of the day is free or you can visit the nearby picturesque village of Vashisht, known for hot sulphur springs. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Manali.

• Day 5 : Manali - Dharamshala

  After a scrumptious breakfast, check out from the hotel. Go on a scenic road trip to Dharamshala. On arrival at Dharamshala, check-in at the hotel. The rest of the evening is free at leisure. This beautiful town is immersed in greenery that brings the landscape to life. The dense forest and clean air makes it a perfect place for city dwellers to connect with nature.   Today morning, after breakfast, get ready to visit the landmarks of Dharamshala. One of these is the Tibetan Medical Center for Cancer, known for curing various ailments using rare Buddhist medicines. Then, visit the Church of St. John, an Anglican church also known as St. John in the Wilderness. Evening is free at leisure to explore the place on your own. Overnight stay in Dharamshala.

• Day 7 : Dharamshala - Dalhousie

  Enjoy a good breakfast, and then check-out for the hotel. Today, you will travel to the hill station, Dalhousie. Check in at the hotel here. You have the entire evening to yourself. The hill station is named after Lord Dalhousie. Go on an exploration on your own and return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.

  After an enjoyable breakfast, get ready for some exciting sightseeing in Dalhousie. Discover gorgeous sights such as Panchpula, which is a beautiful picnic spot, Subhash Baoli, named after the freedom fighter Subhash Chandra Bose and Bara Pathar, a temple dedicated to Bhulwani temple. Also, visit St. John's Church and Bakrota Hills, which offer panoramic views of nature. Follow it with an overnight stay at Dalhousie.

• Day 10 : Dalhousie - Amritsar

  In the morning, check out from the hotel and transfer by road to Amritsar (approx. 190 kms/4-5 hrs).On arrival check in to the hotel and later proceed for local sightseeing of Amritsar. Return back to the hotel. Overnight stay in Amritsar.
