We are varsha services started in the middle of 2005.we are into trading, arranging various loans ie home loans, peronal loans,,demat accounts,projet financing, travel related services, recruitment services.we have vat registration.

our works earlier
we have earlier started software development for real estate, hospitals, hotels etc in 2006 but discontinued from 2007 we discontinued the trading activities and above software development works from 2007 as our proprietor was frequently moving to dubai.USA etc. from 2007 to 2011 and 2014 on personal works

our CEO/ proprietor msubbarao is sub broker of kotak securities for demat accounts.

He is M.com and also passed Post graduate diploma in business administration(one yr course). He worked in a financial institution in managerial level for more than 22 yrs and has good experience in finance, accounts ,agreements, guarantees, project financing, loans sanction/disbursement, recovery , project management supervision of implementation(finance side) of project, HR services like recruitment, promotion, transfers, selection of staff, selection commttee , travel related works.

Our CEO has travelled to many places in India and abroad ie Singapore,Malaysia, Santiago de chilli in south America,Dubai,shajah, USA and Srilanka and has first hand information on places to be visited in many states in india and above places abroad

In travel related services we/our officials have personal experience in touring many pilgrim places, tourist places,sight seeing places in india and covered tourist and pilgrim places in many states in india and outside india ie singapore, dubai, abudhabhi, shajah, USA, srilanka in abroad.

We/our officials have covered many places in Karnataka, tamil nadu, kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, And also covered Sikkim, darjeeling, kolkatta, delhi, Amritsar, vaishnodevi, Varanasi, shimla,kulu, manali, Gujarat( dwaraka,somnath,junagarh,ahmedabad,agra, haridwar , rishekesh, jammu etc.

we are planning to start on line maintenance of accounts for customer.As we have th requisite experience we can take responsibility of maintenance of your accounts through on line prepare various financial statements for you monthly, analyse your budget vrs actuals and pin point excesses, and advise controling the expense, we can also set up a finance person for you who will sit in our office and look into your finance side of the works .we may be looking for other companies also but will take care of yours equally with care. (for outside india we cannot take up audit and audit certification inside india we can arrange this through a professional auditor)

We are contemplating to start liasoning services.
In case you have any works outside/inside your place instead of your going And wasting your time and money you may contact us and wherever possible. We may on authorization from you discuss with the person/organization, arrange an appointment and or negotiate with the organization /persons on the works required by you and inform you the position.
