Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Day One Of Darjeeling Gangtok Tour Packages Darjeeling

  Our tour representative will meet and greet you at the New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction). Next, you will be transferred to Darjeeling (105 kms, 3 to 4 hours drive). The glorious hill station of Darjeeling is located at an elevation of 2123 metres. Explore the breathtaking views of the Himalayas, scenic valleys, lush green tea gardens and pleasant weather, all these and many more attractions, that makes Darjeeling a perfect hill station in India. You will also get a chance to see famous World Heritage train - The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (DHR). Check into the hotel. Evening free to relax and unwind, you can also opt for local shopping in the nearby market. Overnight stay will be in Darjeeling.

• Day 2 : Day Two Of Darjeeling Gangtok Tour Packages Darjeeling Local Sightseeing

  Early Morning wake up at 3:45 am, drive towards Tiger Hill, to view sunrise over Kanchenjunga Peak (subject to clear weather). On the way back home, visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace Memorial, and Batasia Loop. Return back to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, proceed for another round of sightseeing. Visit the following attractions including Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tensing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee, Self Help Center (Closed on Sunday), Tea Estate, Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed) and Peace Pagoda. Return back to the hotel. Evening free to roam around the Mall area or main shopping area. Overnight stay will be at the Darjeeling.

  Morning breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for a scenic journey of 3-4 hours drive to Gangtok. The beauty of Gangtok city cannot be described in words as it offers a perfect combination of tourist places, pilgrimage sites and amazing views of the high mountains. Check in at the hotel. After some rest at the hotel, begin your local sightseeing tour of Gangtok. You will be visiting Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Enchey Monastery, White Hall, Flower Show. Return back to the hotel. Evening free to relax and unwind. Overnight stay will be in Gangtok.

• Day 4 : Day Four Of Darjeeling Gangtok Tour Packages Excursion To Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

  Morning breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for a day excursion trip to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. Tsomgo Lake is one of the natural tourist attraction which is covered by Snow during most of the seasons. Also visit nearby Baba Mandir, a sacred pilgrimage site for tourist. You can also go for Nathu La Pass to border in Republic of China; the distance is only 20 kms. Return back to the hotel in Gangtok. Evening is free to roam around on MG Road also famous as Mall Road. You can also go for shopping in local market. Overnight stay will be in Gangtok (In case of Landslides or due to any other reasons Tsomgo Lake is closed, then an alternative sightseeing will be provided).
• Day 5 : Day Five Of Darjeeling Gangtok Tour Packages Siliguri

  Morning breakfast at the hotel. Begin a city tour of Gangtok, visit the following places of tourist interest including Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Enchey Monastery, White Hall, Flower Show, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Tashi View Point and Banjhakri Falls. Return back to the hotel. In evening, free time to relax and unwind, you can also opt for local shopping. Explore the nearest Discotheques is also a unique idea. Overnight stay will be in Gangtok.
