Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Srinagar

  In the morning arrive at聽Srinagar聽airport or railway station.Srinagar聽has been described by some visitors as the Venice of the East. A unique charm of聽Srinagar聽is its 1300 or more houseboats, the floating little hotels on the edge of the Dal Lake. Upon arrival you will be met by our representative and transferred聽to聽the House Boat on the Dal Lake. Rest of the day free for leisure聽to聽explore the beautiful surroundings inSrinagar.Overnight stay at Houseboat.

• Day 2 : Srinagar聽Local

  Today you will visit the famous Shankaracharya Temple ,Mughal gardens in聽Srinagar. Chashma Shahi, Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh are the three famous Mughal gardens in Kashmir. Chashma Shahi means the Royal Spring and is dedicated聽to聽the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. After visiting the Chashma Shahi you will visit the Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh. Overnight stay at Hotel.

• Day 3 : Srinagar聽- Sonamarg -聽Srinagar聽(about 170 km)

  In the morning you will drive聽to聽Sonamarg. Sonamarg is situated on the聽Srinagar-Leh Highway, about 85 km fromSrinagar. Sonamarg, a small but uniquely beautiful hill resort, is located on the Ladakh road. Sonamarg means the golden meadow. It derives its name from the golden colour of its massed spring flowers. Enjoy the local environment and surrounding. Late afternoon drive back聽to聽Srinagar.
• Day 4 : Srinagar聽- Gulmarg (60 kms / 2 hours approximately)

  Breakfast at your hotel. After breakfast you will leave for a full day tour of Gulmarg - Meadow of Flowers. Gulmarg is a popular hill station and well known for skiing in winters. Gondola ride in Gulmarg is a must for all tourists. There are 2 phases of Gondola. The first phase takes you from Gulmarg聽to聽Kungdoor. The second phase takes you from Kungdoor聽to聽Aparwath. • Day 5 : Gulmarg - Pahalgam (145 kms / 4:30 hours approximately)

  In the morning after having breakfast you will drive聽toPahalgam. Pahalgam is the another popular hill resort of the Kashmir valley. Pahalgam is situated at a height of 7,200 feet. It is from Pahalgam that the pilgrims often take a Amarnath Yatra. Arrive in Pahalgam by the evening. Rest of the day at leisure.Overnight stay at Hotel.

• Day 6 : Pahalgam Local

  After Breakfast Drive proceed聽to聽day trip聽"Valley of Shepherds".In Pahalgam enjoy the nature and admire the beauty of this quiet place and be in awe of the serene surroundings. One can also enjoy a pony ride聽to聽nearby places like Chandanwadi聽( Cab on a direct hire basis)聽or if you are an avid nature lover you may take pleasure in a peaceful walk along the River Lidder.
