Trekking in coorg can be an exciting experience because it has too many trekking spots. It has varied terrain, jungle trails in the nature reserves. You can choose the trekking destinations depending on your capability levels. The spots are named below:

Kutta:

which serves as a base camp if you wish to climb brahmagiri peak. The forested Brahmagiri range is a challenging trek that varies from moderate to difficult and is suited for the physically fit. The trek involves an overnight stay and offers an excellent opportunity to spot wild animals and delight in Coorg鈥檚 impressive biodiversity.

River Rafting:

You can opt this trek and tumble down through rafting or experience flying the micro flight. Off kutta you can enjoy rafting during monsoon by getting splashed in gushing waters. You can enjoy 2.8 kms Stretch River rafting and bounce across with thrilling experience.

Micro light flying:

Your team will have a unique opportunity to participate in Micro light flying, which is a conventional two seater aircraft designed for training and recreation flying. This takes you to an altitude of 3500 feet. The most suitable weather for flying will be in between November & may.

Kakkabe:

Tadiandmol is the highest peak in Coorg. You can indulge in kayaking or canoeing in the Kakkabe River or engross yourselves in quad biking & jungle gym. Off Kakkabe trek can be conducted for intermediate level trekkers. It is a short journey of 5 kms.

Quad Biking:

The most exciting of these is to take a 250cc quad bike off road through forests and slushy tracks on a 1km circuit. Supervised by instructors and with top-notch safety equipment, this makes for a safe family outing. Soar above the forest canopy on ropes, zip lines and strong wires for a tree-top aerial assault on an obstacle course speckled with walkways, bridges and tunnels.

Kushalnagara:

Here you can pitch tents by the harangi dam and go for kayaking in still waters of the reservoirs. You can climb the kotta betta which is known as the third highest peak of coorg.

Fishing & Angling:

The backwaters of the Kaveri River at the Valnoor Fishing Camp sport an abundance of freshwater species like Mahseer, Eels, and Catfish. Try this peaceful sport at netting any of these fish and add to your store of fisherman鈥檚 tales.

Dubare Elephant Camp:

This is a unique option in wildlife experiences. The elephant camp here offers visitors a hands-on experience with the giants of the jungle. You can observe and even participate in caring for and feeding the elephants, give them baths, take rides on them, and observe how these wonderful creatures interact with each other and with their human handlers.
