Day 1 : Arrival Bodhgaya

On arrive Gaya airport / Railway station, our representative will welcome & assist you. Then you will be transfer to Bodhgaya hotel. Overnight in a hotel at Bodhgaya.

Day 2 : At Bodhgaya

After breakfast proceed for full day tour to Bodhgaya visit Mahabodhi Temple, Sujata Village, Niranjana river, 80 feet high lord Buddha Statue & Various international monasteries. Overnight at a hotel in Bodhgaya.

Day 3 : Bodhgaya - Rajgir - Nalanda - Rajgir 鈥� Bodhgaya

B'fast in hotel and then will drive to Rajgir (65 Kms). visit Gridhkutta (Vulture 's peak), World Peace Stupa, Venuvanaram & Bimbisar Prison. Unch at hotel Rajgir. Drive continue to Nalanda (12 kms) to visit the ruins of world ancient University. It was one of the oldest Universities of the World & International Centre for Buddhist Studies. Evening back to Bodhgaya hotel. Overnight stay at a hotel in Bodghaya.

Day 4 : Bodhgaya - Varanasi

Breakfast at hotel then drive to Varanasi (260 kms / 7 Hrs.). On arrival check in to the hotel and then proceed to Sarnath (14 kms), Visit Dhamekha Stupa and Deer park. Back to Varanasi. Check-in hotel. Overnight in a hotel at Varanasi.

Day 5 : Varanasi - Sravasti

Early morning boat ride in Holy river the Ganges. Breakfast and drive toward Saravasti. On arrival, proceed for visit Proceed for visit Saheth (Jetvanaram) & Maheth (AngulimalCaves). Evening, back to hotel. Overnight in a hotel at Sravasti.

Day 6 : Sravasti - Kushinagar

Early morning drive to Kushinagar (approx 260 Kms / 7 hrs) enroute visiting Vaishali. On arrival check in to the hotel. Lunch at hotel and then proceed to visit Mahaparinirvana Temple (where Buddha took his last breathe) and Rambhar Stupa (cremation site of lord Buddha) and Japan Temple. Evening back to hotel. Overnight in a hotel at Kushinagar.

Day 7 : Kushinagar - Lumbini

Breakfast at hotel and then drive toward Lumbini 170 kms / approx 04 hrs drive) to Lumbini (in Nepal). Kindly obtain double entry visa for India & single entry visa for Nepal). On arrival, check in at hotel.Then proceed to visit Holy Birth place of Lord Buddha. Evening back to hotel.
Overnight stay at hotel in Lumbini.

Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check-In Timings: 1100 - 1200 Hours
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment
EXTRA USAGE OF VECHICLE:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods : PAYMENT:

For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to Noble Holidays Tours Pvt. Ltd.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.

BALANCE PAYMENT:

飪� Balance payment is to be made 07 days prior to the date of start of services.
飦� 15 Days before Start of Journey => 75% Advance of Total Package Cost
飦� 07 Days before Start of Journey => 100 % Advance

飪� Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Note:

鈥� Apart from above, in case of bookings for special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali etc.) full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.
鈥� All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction.
鈥� Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE:

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

鈥� 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
鈥� 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
鈥� 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
鈥� 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
鈥� 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

Please note -
1. Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour / travel services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
2. In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
3. In case of special train journey (like Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja & Maharajas Express) - a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
4. Please note that if booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.
鈥� Festival Period Bookings (Festivals like -Diwali, Duseera, Holi, Pushkar fair etc).
鈥� Long Weekends Bookings.

REFUND:

In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
