Evening - Visit Holy Sameba - The Highest cathedral in Caucasus

Day 2 : TBILISI

After Breakfast, Visit the old districts of tbilisi city, 13th century metekhi church.
Lunch at Local Restaurant.
Cable Car Ride upto the ancient 4th century narikala fortress.
Walk down to the historical domed sulphur bath area.
Dinner at Local Restaurant.

Day 3 : TBILISI - MTSKHETA - ANANURI - TBILISI

After Breakfast, Visit 3000 year old Mtskheta - The Ancient Capital and religious centre of Georgia, UNESCO Sites of 6th Century Jvari Church, 11th Century svetitskhoveli Cathedral - where the robe of christ is buried
Lunch at Local Restaurant
Drive up the famous Georgian Military Highway(leading to Georia- Russia Border)
Visit the 17th century Ananuri Architectural Complex which overlook the Zhinvali water reservoir

Rate Conditions:

The above quote is subject to a minimum of above mentioned paying adult passengers traveling together.

The above quotation is subject to change for reasons beyond our control like change in hotel tariffs, increase in transportation cost, impact of hike in fuel charge, & any changes in local taxes etc.

All Passengers should travel in Group and no deviations are permitted.

听Above Itinerary is Tentative & Changes might be done as per operational feasibility for a smooth tour.

Visa and Exit tax are subject to change according to the Jordan, Israel & Egypt Government laws .

PAYMENT TERMS:

20 % of total tour cost to be paid as non refundable initial deposit in order to process the booking on or before 01st March 2017.

Balance payment of the tour cost to be paid on or before 20, March 2017.

Implies for the entire group and for single passenger.

Cancellation policy applies irrespective of reason for cancellation.

When the group size goes below 15 Passengers Supplement charges will apply depending on the revised pricing received from our Suppliers.

Days mentioned under No of Days, above means working days and subject to we receiving a written notice of cancellation from the tour participant during the working hours.

General Terms and conditions

The Trip India is only a sales agent for the Hotel, Transportation and the ground service providers and do not own / employee any of the staff members of the Hotel, Transport service provider etc. The Trip India shall not be liable for any damage / loss of property and or lapses in services or any omissions on part of any such firm/company/ organization and or their direct / indirect employees.

Any additional services, additional charges arising out of amendment of services, extra excursions etc will be charged to you and the same has to be settled by Bank Transfer / Cash directly.

All the participants in this tour programme shall abide by the rules and regulations put forth by the respective airline, hotel, transport provider, the respective country and concerned authorities and the respective participant shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising out of violation of any such law, rules and regulations.

All the confirmations and services are subject to payment as per schedule mentioned above.

Services mentioned in the contract is subject to change in price if any additional expenses incurred for services changed during tour and the additional expenses will be put on an Annexure after the tour.

Governing law: This Offer is to be governed by and is construed in accordance with the laws in force in India and subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Cochin.听

Warranty:听 Each of the Party has the right, power and authority to enter into this Offer and fully perform its obligations hereunder. It is under no obligation to any third party of these obligations hereunder.

Variation: No variation of this Agreement is permitted. This shall be binding on both Parties unless such variation is in writing and signed thereafter.

No Assignment: Neither Party may assign or transfer any of its rights, benefit, or interest in this Offer without the other Party's prior approval.

Waiver: The failure by one Party to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the terms or conditions of this Agreement shall not be a waiver on them unless Force Majure.

Force Majeure : Neither Party shall be liable to the other for any failure of performance which is due to a so-called act of God, or an accident, fire, riot or civil commotion, act of terrorism, emergency and听 not within the reasonable control of the defaulting Party .Notwithstanding the foregoing, corp name. Shall not be released from it is obligation to make payments towards cancellations charges and advance payments as set out in this offer letter.听

Entire Agreement : Except as otherwise agreed between the Parties, this Offer constitutes the whole agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any other prior Offer or understanding relating to such subject matter.
