Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi to Chandigarh

On Arrival in Delhi (Depend on Train Time) we will meet you and direct transfer by Bus Delhi to Chandigarh (about 05 hrs. journey), En-route Dinner. Reach Ch.garh visit Rock Garden, Sukhna Lake, Check-in Hotel, overnight Chandigarh.
- Meals & Drinks Lunch & Dinner as per tine.
Day 2 : Ch.Garh to Manali & Visit local

Morning After Breakfast Checkout from Hotel & proceed to Manali. En-route Pinjor Garden, Manali is a perfect hill station covered with Snow Mountains and beautiful waterfalls.
En-route lunch, reach Manali Check-in Morpheus Resort (Natural stay), take rest then enjoy free Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton, Football Night stay at Manali.

Day 3 : Rohtang & Manali Local

Early morning 06:00AM (By HP permit vehicle) proceed to Rohtang Pass spot in Himalaya having snow round the year (Up to Snow Line in case Rohtang is closed due to snow fall & every Tuesday) and Sollang Valley evening return to Manali. Visiting Hadimba Devi Temple, Tibetan Monastery visit Van Vihar & Mall road, Enjoy dinner, Born-fire & DJ etc Overnight in Morpheus at Manali.

Day 4 : Manali to Delhi (Overnight Journey).

30% Prior 07 Days of Departure.
Cancellation Policy:-
30 -15 Days prior to departure 25% less on total package cost
04 -07 Days prior to departure 50% less on total package cost
07- 03 Days prior to departure 75% less on total package cost
Within 03 Days/No show Full amount less / non refundable.

Terms & Conditions:

 The above said package rate is for current season 05th January 2014 to 23rd December 2014 and 05th January 2015 to 30th April-2015 (except 24th Dec.2014 to 04th January 2015) presented by HIMCON.
 Tour start from DELHI and tour end at DELHI.

 The HIMCON allowed 44 students with 4 Teachers only in 3x2 Non AC Bus & 32 students with 3 teachers only in 2x2 AC Coach (1:11 Teacher student Ratio).

 If any Teacher comes except 4 Teachers then package charges should be paid with the increase of 40% per teacher according to package rate of per student.

 70% of the sum total shall be paid by the school Administration on booking time in the name of VIRENDER KUMAR (Proprietor) Account No. 30552948645, in State Bank Of India, Branch: Vishwas Nazgar Shahdra, Delhi-110032. Branch Code: 13762, IFSC: SBIN 0013762 by cash/demand draft and balance 30% shall be paid by school Administration before one day from the date of journey in the name of VIRENDER KUMAR (Proprietor) otherwise booking can be cancelled or HIMCON is fully authorized to take decision.

 The visit of Rohtang is not included in the package due to the low pressure of the oxygen. (If teachers / students want to visit Rohtang on own risk & they will pay Rs. 300/- per person extra)

 If any student / teacher wants to play any game or adventure sport, the charges of the same shall be paid by the teacher/student by own.

 In case the teacher / student should be punctual according to the Tour schedule and due to any delay in any site-seeing, HIMCON can be cancelled next point /site-seeing. HIMCON is not responsible for any traffic jam and weather conditions.

 HIMCON request to teachers please collect a medical / Fitness certificate of per students issue by MBBS doctor.

 If any trouble in Bus and in the lapse of time of 3 to 4 hours, then the HIMCON is responsible for the same and provide another vehicle or stay in the Hotel.

 HIMCON is not responsible for any medical facility to the student or teachers. The teachers are fully responsible for take care of student in any manner, although only FIRST AID facilities provided by HIMCON.

 The HIMCON is responsible for stay in Neat & Clean accommodation with Neat & Clean atmosphere and is responsible for Hygienic and Fresh food.
