Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Haridwar to Barkot

  Morning meet our representative at your Hotel / Airport / Railway Station. After some basic
  information start your journey to Barkot. Later drive to Barkot. Check into the hotel arrival in Barkot.
  Overnight stay at Barkot. (Meals: Dinner)

• Day 2 : Barkot - Janakichatti - Yamunotri - Jankichatti - Barkot (Drive36 kmTrek12

  Early morning after breakfast, drive to Jankichatti / Phoolchatti. Start your trek from here to
  Yamunotri (6kms) (Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost). After arrival at Yamunotri take
  bath in warm waters of Surya Kund (Hot Spring). Enjoy Darshan of"Yamunaji". Return trek to
  Jankichatti. Later drive towards Barkot. Overnight stay at Barkot. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

• Day 3 : Barkot - Uttarkashi (Drive100 km)

  Morning after breakfast, relax for a while. Later drive to Uttarkashi. Visit Shivgufa on the way to
  Uttarkashi. In Uttarkashi visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple. After that, check in hotel. Day free for rest.

• Day 4 : Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi (100 kms each side) (Drive200 km)

  Early morning after breakfast, drive to Gangotri. On the way visit Gangnani Hot Spring. Take a holy
  dip in Kund. Later drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil valley. On arrival at Gangotri, take a holy dip
  in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja and Darshan,
  after that relax for some time in the lovely surroundings. Later return drive to Uttarkashi. Overnight
  stay at Uttarkashi. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

• Day 5 : Uttarkashi - Guptkashi (Drive220 km)

  Morning after breakfast, drive to Guptkashi. Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at
  Tilwara. The Mandakini River comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi,
  visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. Check into the hotel arrival in Guptkashi. Overnight stay
  at Guptkashi. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

• Day 6 : - Guptkashi - Kedarnath

  Morning after breakfast, today we will go to Kedarnath. To reach Kedarnath you will have two
  options. One if by trekking and other is by Air via Helicopter (at your own cost). Overnight stay at
  Kedarnath. (Meals: Breakfast)
  
  Important Information: Please Read
  By Helicopter: Morning our driver will transfer you to your Helipad location (Phata, Guptkashi, Sirsi
  etc) as per helicopter ticket time. Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the
  ticket previous day. Different aviation has different location for their helicopter service. Our driver
  will provide you both pick and drop to hotel to Helipad. At arrival in Kedarnath reach Kedarnath
  Temple. Visit Kedarnath Temple. After darshan return to the helipad. Take return flight. Our driver
  will pick up you from helipad and take you to your hotel.
  By Trek: To reach Kedarnath by trekking route first you have to reach Gaurikund. We will drive to
  Sonprayag early in the morning after breakfast. Our car will drop to Sonprayag. From Sonprayag 5
  kms drive to Gaurikund local jeep is available. This sharing basis jeeps guests can book directly at
  own cost. Gaurikund to Kedarnath is further 14 Kms trek. Due to long trek guests needs to start very
  early in the morning. Get packed breakfast from hotel to start early. Horse / Pony / Palakhi is also
  available for trekking at Gaurikund. Guests can book that at own cost. Visit Kedarnath Temple. Later
  trek down to Gaurikund. Take jeep to Sonprayag at own cost. Our driver will pick up you from
  Sonprayag and take you to your hotel. There is a big parking issue so driver will park the vehicle at
  other place if his contact no. is not working then you have to arrange other taxi or wait for your
  driver.

• Day 7 : Kedarnath - Guptkashi

  Morning after Darshan Return Back to Guptkashi. To reach Guptkashi you will have two options.
  One if by trekking and other is by Air via Helicopter (at your own cost). Overnight stay at Guptkashi.

• Day 8 : Guptkashi - Badrinath (Drive220 km)

  Morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath. Check in to the hotel arrival in Badrinath. Pilgrims after
  having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening. Brahamakapal is
  significant for Pinddan - Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There are other interesting sightseeing spots
  (Done by self) like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the "Mukh of the
  Saraswati River鈥�. Just within the three kms of Badrinath. Overnight stay at Badrinath. (Meals:
  Breakfast and Dinner)

• Day 9 : - Badrinath - Joshimath - Srinagar (Drive190 km)

  Morning enjoy the after breakfast, drive for Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Visit on the way Darshan
  of VishuPrayag, Narsingh Temple in Joshimath, KarnPrayag and NandPrayag. Check into the hotel
  arrival in Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

TERM & CONDITION

• 1. Above mentioned payment policy is subject to change during peak
• seasons.
• 2. Passports should be valid for a minimum of 6 months starting from
• the date of travel (9 months in case of Malaysia).
• 3. The amount paid at the time of booking (INR 5000 for domestic
• &INR 10000 for international) will be non-refundable if remaining
• amount is not paid or package is trip is canceled by the customer.
• 4. Final vouchers will be issued only after complete payment is
• received by the Majestic Vacation planner.
• 5. The booking will be deemed canceled if payment is not received in
• full at least 5 days before the departure.
• 6. In case of Air Tickets to be issued/booked for specified time & date
• full payment needs to be made in advance else price will be subject to
• change.
• 7. The customer hereby agrees that customized package is as per their
• final decision. NO claim and accountability regarding combination,
• price of package & service shall be borne by the Majestic Vacation
• Planner.
• a. The booking of the final combined package shall be subject to
• availability.
• b. The Final price may vary as per the selections and changes made by
• the customers. Any change in price based on customer鈥檚 final
• confirmation will be reflected along with the changed components in
• the final price.
• c. Final price of the same package combination is subject to change
• and is not fixed. Any claims on the package price shall not be
• entertained.
• d. The final price does not include any taxes mandated by the
• government. Service taxes are added as per government rules in the
• final price before the final payment.
• e. The package price doesn鈥檛 include any special dinner or mandatory
• charges levied by the hotels during special occasions (such as New
• Years or Christmas etc.)
• 8. The initially indicated price is per person and the room is
• considered to be shared by two people. (Ex. If initial price indicated is
• INR 30,000 and two people share room for the entire trip then total
• cost will be INR 30,000*2 + Taxes as per government rules)
• 9. T&C of payments might be flexible depending on advance purchase
• period or inclusions but entirely subject to discreetion by the
• company.
• 10. During peak season or in case of emergency bookings, due to
• dynamic airline prices we may ask you to furnish a higher amount
• before issuing the final vouchers.
• 11. The prices displayed have been calculated as per the rate
• prevailing at the time of product development. The Company reserves
• the right to amend the prices in case of currency fluctuations, changes
• in the various gross rates of exchange and/or fuel costs, special/high
• season charge levied by the suppliers, hike in the airline/rail charges
• before the date of departure and to surcharge accordingly.
• 12. All such increases in price must be paid in full before the
• departure.
• 13. Any Visa cost fluctuations will have to be borne by the passenger

Tour Policy

• 1. All services will be as per those specified /confirmed and
• paid for as per Service Vouchers. If you avail any service which
• is not included in the Holiday package or seek an upgraded; all
• exttra charges will have to be paid directly by the customer.
• 2. Please note that, porterage, tips, gratuities, room service,
• laundry, excess baggage charge, 谩 la carte meals, alcoholic
• beverages and soft drinks, paid toilets etc. are not included
• unless specifically mentioned as included.
• 3. All the holiday packages listed on Majestic Vacation Planner
• are mentioned keeping in mind the hub cities. Passengers
• starting their tour from hubs other than the ones mentioned
• in the inclusion of the package may be required to pay a
• supplement cost to travel to and from the hub city.
• 4. All international holiday packages are priced based on an
• estimated Rate of Exchange (RoE). The passenger will be
• charged the RoE as per the date of payment of the holiday
• package.
• 5. Any change in airline fare, visa fees and taxes could result in
• change of the final holiday package cost.
• 6. Single passenger or passengers travelling in uneven number
• in groups are required to take a single room. In this case, the
• passenger will need to pay an additional cost.
• 7. In case of fixed departures, if Majestic Vacation Planner is
• unable to find a companion for the passenger in uneven
• numbers, additional single room supplement will be
• applicable.
• 8. Under no circumstances shall Majestic Vacation Planner reconduct a tour.
• 9. No refund will be provided for the unutilized services.
• 10. Preponing or postponing a confirmed tour may result in
• supplement cost to be borne by the customer.
• 11. The holiday package cost might fluctuate during peak
• dates, due to festivals or holidays or other high occupancy
• dates.
• 12. In case of holiday packages where a minimum number of
• passengers have been indicated by the passenger, any
• increase or decrease in the number of passengers will result in
• change of the total holiday package cost.
• Itinerary changes:
• 1. The itinerary may be modified based on various factors like
• maintenance of historical monuments, museums, major
• events like sports conventions, religious festivals, etc.
• 2. Majestic Vacation Planner reserves the right to change the
• departure date or cancel a departure in case of unforeseen
• reasons and will not take any responsibility for any tickets
• which customer might have purchased in advance for sector
• within India or abroad.
• 3. Individuals are responsible for the adhering to given
• schedule and timings at all stages of the tour. In the event of
• customer missing any part of the sightseeing tour or any such
• tour due to delay on their part, they will not be entitled to
• claim refund for the same.
• 4. The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility
• for any damages, loss, baggage loss, injury, accident, death,
• breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out
• the tour arrangement due to weather conditions, strikes, war,
• quarantine and any other cause whatsoever. All such losses or
• expenses must be borne by the passengers.
• 5. Majestic Vacation Planner reserves the right to claim any
• additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in
• schedules of train, flight, bus, ship or other services.
• 6. Majestic Vacation Planner further reserves the right to
• amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure;
• excursions advertised or substitute a hotel of similar category
• if deemed necessary. For the convenience of our customers,
• we will sometimes amend / alter the itinerary, however all
• services will remain the same.
• Additional cost:
• 1. The passenger shall pay the expenses incurred on requests
• for a personal accompaniment/tour guide service for purposes
• like guided shopping, extended city tour, etc.
• 2. All personal extras such as laundry, room service, alcohol,
• minibar, telephone bills, pre-paid or post-paid SIM cards etc.
• will be on direct payment basis by the traveller to the service
• provider and Majestic Vacation Planner will not be liable for
• the same at any point of time.
• 3. Any cost arising from a passenger鈥檚 illness and injury, the
• return of lost baggage, articles/valuables left behind owing to
• personal negligence as well as changes incurred by
• independent activity will be borne by the passenger.
• 4. Passenger will be charged extra for any upgrade in
• accommodation or flight services.
• 5. Additional cost may need to be incurred by the passenger,
• if they wish to change a meal plan voluntarily from the plan
• mentioned in the holiday package.
• 6. Passengers will be charged extra for extended hotel
• stay(s).
• 7. The prices displayed on the website or quoted by our travel
• experts have been calculated as per the rate prevailing at the
• time of product development. The Company reserves the right
• to amend the prices in case of currency fluctuations, changes
• in the various gross rates of exchange, and/or fuel costs,
• special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, hike in the
• airline/rail charges before the date of departure and surcharge
• accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid in full
• before the departure by the Client.
• 9. Passengers will be charged extra for any additional cost
• incurred on the account of visa related services or any
• additional services, if any requested, by the relevant
• consulate.
• 10. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out if requested
• at any hotel by the passenger will be at a supplementary cost
• which the passenger needs to bear
