Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Haridwar – Barkot/ Karsali (7 to 8 hrs Drive205 kms )

  This morning arrive Haridwar and depart for Barkot, located on the foot of Yamunotri. Drive via Mussoorie and visit Kempty Falls on the way. On arrival at Barkot, check-in to your Barkot hotel/camp. The rest of the day is free to relax. Dinner and Overnight stay at Barkot

• Day 2 : Barkot/ Kharsali– Yamunotri – Barkot/Kharsali Drive48 kms Trek6 kms

  After breakfast, departure for Hanumanchatti (40 Km), Janki Chatti (8 km). From here there is a trek of 6 km to reach Yamunotri Dham. You can hire a Doli or a horse, for your trek (Cost Not Included). Yamunotri (altitude 3,291 mts), the westernmost shrine of the Char Dhams, is dominated by Banderpunch (6,361 m). On arrival by afternoon in Yamunotri take a holy dip in Yamuna River and perform Pooja, and take the same route back to Barkot, check-in at Hotel /Camp. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel in Barkot.

• Day 3 : Barkot/ Kharsali – Uttarkashi (3 hrs Journey Drive85 kms)

  After breakfast check out from the Barkot hotel and drive to Uttarkashi. On arrival check-in into the hotel. Uttarkashi is situated on the banks of river Bhagirathi and is famous for its historical monuments, Temples & Ashrams. In the evening, Visit the famous Vishwanath Temple. Dinner and Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

• Day 4 : Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi

  Early morning breakfast at hotel and drive to Gangotri. Upon arrival at Gangotri take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin Visit the Gangotri Temple. After performing Pooja Late afternoon drive back to Uttarkashi. Dinner & Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

  Early morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Sonprayag. From where you will start your 20 km trek to Kedarnath. You can hire a Doli or a horse, for your trek (Cost Not Included). On arrival check-in at Govt.Camps/Lodges. Dinner and Overnight at Govt. Camps/Lodges.

• Day 7 : Kedarnath – Sonprayag – Guptkashi Trek20 kmsTrek20 km

  Early morning you get up before dawn and after taking bath you are at the temple by 4:45 am for the Abhishek to Kedarnath Shiva. After darshan and puja, you come out of the temple and return to the Camps / Lodges. Later you will start the return trek of 20 km from Kedarnath to Sonprayag. The vehicles wait for you in Sonprayag Car Parking and you will drive to your hotel (Guptkashi). Dinner and Overnight at Guptkashi.

• Day 8 : Guptkashi > Chopta (65 Kms / 1.3hrs drive)

  Excursion Tunganath Today start your drive to Chopta a paradise for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts’ traveler. Now start your trek to Tunganath (3680 m) one of the five Kedar. The trek is 3 kms upward. Enroute you will find lush green meadows and you can see the entire range of snow capped range of Chaukhamba peak in Himalayas. Upon arrival at Tungnath Temple perform worship there. Overnight stay at Guptakashi
  Tungnath : During the final stretch to reach Tungnath you will reach a rocky cliff on the right which is known as RaavanShila. Continue walking towards Tungnath Temple. Magnificent in its style and architecture Tungnath is considered more than 1000 years old. The main temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and other small rock temples in the vicinity are dedicated to Goddess Parvati. The temple remains closed during winter.

• Day 9 : Guptkashi – Joshimath – Badrinath (8 to 9 hrs) Drive 200 kms

  This morning, you check out of the hotel at 08:00 am and drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. After driving through some wonderful Ghat road you arrive at Badrinath. On arrival check into the hotel. After some rest and refreshments, you are all set to go to Badrinath Temple for darshan in the evening. Later back to the hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 10 : Badrinath – Joshimath – Rudraprayag/Birahi/Srinagar (5 to 6 hrs)

  Drive165 kms This morning, go for Badrinath darshan. After darshan returns back to the hotel, breakfast at the hotel and proceed for Badrinath local sightseeing visit Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Mata Murti temple. Afternoon drives back to Rudraprayag via Karanprayag. On arrival check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day free to explore the Rudraprayag town. Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 11 : Birahi/Srinagar/ Rudraprayag – Rishikesh – Haridwar (5 to 6 hrs)

  Drive165 kms Early morning, after breakfast, you drive downhill to Rishikesh a spiritual city and the Yoga capital of the world. On reaching Rishikesh you will do the Rishikesh sightseeing visit Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula. Evening drive to Haridwar and drop in Haridwar Railway Station.
