Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Varanasi

  Arrival at Varanasi Airport. Arrangement for transfer to Hotel. Rest of the day free. Night stay at Varanasi.

• Day 2 : Varanasi - Saranath - Bodhgaya

  Early morning visit to Saranath where the Buddha first preached the Dhamma. Dhamekha stupa, Mulagandha Kuti Vihara and Saranath Museum. Return to Hotel for Lunch and then proceed to Bodhgaya (6 陆 Hrs). On reaching Bodhgaya check in at Hotel for night stay.

• Day 3 : Bodhgaya

  Bodhgaya, where the Buddha attained enlightenment and became the Buddha. Whole day at Bodhgaya. Morning visit Mahabodhi Temple. Then visit the Thai, Chinese, Tibetan, Japanese Temples and The 80 Ft. Buddha Statue. After Lunch proceed towards Dungashwari Caves (12 Kms), Sujata House and Niranjana River. Evening free. Night stay at Bodhgaya.

• Day 4 : Rajgir - Nalanda - Vaishali

  After early breakfast, proceed towards Rajgir (2 Hrs) and Nalanda. Visit the Shanti Stupa, Gridhrakuta Hills, Nalanda University and Museum. After Lunch proceed to Vaishali for Night stay.

• Day 5 : Vaishali - Kushinagar

  Kushinagar is another principal centre of Buddhism, worth a sincere admiration, is the place where Lord Buddha passed away at this place near the Hiranyavati River and was cremated at the Ramabhar stupa. It was once a celebrated center of the Malla kingdom. Many of its stupas and viharas date back to 230 BC-AD 413. when its prosperity was at the peak. In 543 BC, on a full moon night of Magh the legend delivered lecture to his Sangha and declared that he is going to leave the mortal world soon enough.

• Day 6 : Kushinagar - Lumbini

  Morning sightseeing at Kushinagar. Visit the Ramabhar Stupa, The Nirvana Stupa and the Mahaparinirvana Temple. Then proceed to Lumbini (4 Hrs). Night stay at Lumbini.

• Day 7 : Lumbini - Sravasti

  In the morning visit the Mahadevi Temple and the Ashokan Pillar. After completing sightseeing at Lumbini, we proceed to Kapilavastu (30 min), where the Buddha spent his early childhood. View the ruins of the once great Kingdom of Kapilavastu. Then proceed towards Sravasti (6 Hrs). At Sravasti, check in to a Hotel for Night stay.

• Day 8 : Sravasti - Lucknow

  Sravasti is where the Buddha spent 25 years of his monastic life. Visit Jetavana Park, Sudatta Stupa, Angulimala Stupa and Nava Jetavana Mahavihara. After lunch at Hotel, proceed towards Lucknow (4Hrs) for night stay.

  Early morning proceed to Agra (6 陆 4 Hrs). On reaching Agra check in at Hotel for Lunch. After Lunch, visit the Agra fort. Night stay at Agra.
