Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Delhi

  Welcome on arrival and transfer to airport hotel for overnight stay.
• Day 2 : Delhi - Haridwar

  Early morning transfer to railway station to catch train for Haridwar. On arrival at Haridwar transfer to hotel. Afternoon Introduction - Acclimatization with Yoga teacher / Faculty, Slide show on Garhwal, Rishikesh and Haridwar. Enjoy evening with 'Aarti' - holy prayer on River Ganga. Later bonfire and dinner. Overnight at hotel.
• Day 3 : Haridwar

  Early morning Yoga, meditation and Asanas with a qualified teacher. After breakfast lecture by Swami Krishananandaji Maharaj from Sivananda Ashram or as per the availability of the yoga teacher. Later drive to Devprayag and temple of Raghunathji. Aarti at Triveni Ghat, Yog Nidra in hotel. Bonn fire and dinner. Overnight at hotel.

• Day 4 : Haridwar - Rishikesh

  Morning meditation and asanas. After breakfast drive to Kunjapuri Temple - lecture class at temple. Afterwards drive to Vashist Gufa - meditation at Gufa. After lunch drive to Laxmanjhoola for sightseeing and visiting ashrams (Saint huts). Evening checkin hotel and there observe a cultural show by children. Overnight at hotel.

  • Hotspots Kunjapuri
• Day 5 : Rishikesh

  Morning yoga sessions. Then, drive for sightseeing in and around Haridwar and Rishikesh visiting Ram Jhoola, Ashrams, Pawan Dham, Chandi Devi, Mansa Devi, Har-ki-Pouri. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
• Day 6 : Rishikesh - Delhi

  Early morning meditation and asanas. After breakfast closing ceremony and distribution of certificates. Option of rafting. Late afternoon transfer to Haridwar to catch train for Delhi. On arrival, transfer to international airport for flight to onward destination.
