Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Fly into Paro Bhutan as you start approaching Paro, Bhutan, you can see breathtaking views of the Great Himalayas on this flight. Our representative form KNG Tours and Travels will transfer you to Hotel in Thimphu. On the way we visit oldest iron bridge.
  Overnight Thimphu
• Day 2 : Thimphu sightseeing:

  After breakfast visit the Memorial Stupa built in memory of the late third king of Bhutan, 15th century, Changankha Lhakhang, Takin preserve center, Sangangang View point, Thimphu palace View point, National library after lunch visit longest hand craft shop, coronation park, Handmade tradition paper. and Olakha-Babesa view point.
  Overnight Thimphu.
• Day 3 : Thimphu - Punakha

  Morning drive will take you via the Dochula pass (3150 mtrs. altitude). A wide range of the east Himalayan ranges are visible from the pass on a clear day. Also on the pass, you will see the 108 Druk Wangyel Stupa built by one of the queen mothers of Bhutan. In Punakha visit the Punakha Dzong (ancient castle fortress built 1637), Suspension bridge and take a short hike to Chimi Lhakhang passing through village houses and rice fields. Chimi Lhakhang is a special monastery for sterile women, a place of worship for fertility. Visit Punakha Fortress Later Hike to Khamsum Temple.
  Overnight in Punakha
• Day 4 : Punakha- Phobjigkha Valley - Thimphu

  Morning we drive towards Phobjigkha valley for sightseeing and drive back to thimphu.
  Overnight hotel in Thimphu
• Day 5 : Paro sightseeing

  Morning we drive to Chele la pass one of the highest point. Drive to haa valley and continue to paro.
  Overnight in Paro
• Day 6 : Paro sightseeing

  Morning we visit Paro Museum, Paro fortress, Paro airport view the ruins of the Drukgyel Dzong which was built in 1647 in commemoration of the Bhutan victory over the ancient Tibetan invasion. Then on visit the 7th century Kyichu Monastery built by the Tibetan king Songtsen Gampo.
• Day 7 : Paro Tiger nest

  Morning hike to legendary Taktsang Monastery, perched on a cliff 900 mtrs. above Paro valley
• Day 8 : Departure.

  Breakfast in the hotel, then drive to the airport for flight to your onward destination.
