Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Amritsar Arrival and Sightseeing

  Meet and greet upon arrival at Amritsar airport from Pretty Planet Travels representative and directly proceed to visit wagah border soldiers of India and Pakistan. After that, check into the hotel. Rest and relax!
  Later Visit the Famous Golden Temple, Akal Takht, historical Jallianwalan Bagh and the busting amritsar market, later visit the Durgiana Hindu temple. Enjoy a tasty dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 2 : Amritsar to Dalhousie (200 km – 5 hrs min)

  After a sumptuous breakfast, proceed to Dalhousie. Upon arrival in Dalhousie, check in at the hotel and later visit Subhash bowli, Gandhi Chowk, Barah pathar & Mall road of Dalhousie. Drive back to the hotel later for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
• Day 3 : Dalhousie to Khajjiar – Mini Switzerland  sightseeing

  After a delicious breakfast, enjoy an excursion to Khajjiar, which is also called Mini Switzerland. Visit the ancient Khajji Nag Temple and enjoy its amazing valley. Later visit Khajiiar famous ground. You can also go for optional adventure activities here at own expense.
   Later back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 4 : Dalhousie to Dharamshala (117 KM 3 ½ Hours approx.)

  After breakfast, Proceed to Dharamshala.
  
  Nestled in the western Himalayas, the hill station of Dharamshala is a visual treat for those intending to sojourn here. Dharamshala with its pine and deodar forests, pure water bodies and snow covered mountains will completely enthrall you.
  
  upon arrival check in to the Hotel. Later proceed to visit Mcleodganj- the seat of his holiness Dalai Lama, covering Beautiful and sacred Dal Lake, St. John Church, World Famous Namgyal Monestry (Dalai Lamas Main Temple) and famous Mall road of Mcleodganj. Then visit Bhagsunag temple and Bhagsunag waterfalls. Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 5 : Dharamshala Sightseeing

  After lazy breakfast, proceed to the sightseeing of Norbulingka Tibetan Monestary and institute, visit to Mann tea factory and tea gardens, then visit to HPCA –International Cricket stadium. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
• Day 6 : Dharamshala to Manali (240 KM 6 Hours approx.)

  Today, post breakfast drive to Manali.
  Enroute stop for Darshan at Shree Chamunda Devi temple – this is one of the Shaktipeeth temple, and then continue drive to Manali. Enroute stop for Darshan at one of twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva at Shree Baijnath temple.
  
  We take you to the valley of Gods, Manali is a combination of natural splendor and rich cultural heritage. Keep your cameras ready, there are many scenic spots as you pass by Kullu valley, Beas river, Dashehra maidan etc.
  
  Upon arrival in Manali, get transferred to a hotel. Dinner & overnight stay in Manali.

• Day 7 : Manali Local sightseeing

  After breakfast, walk through the town visiting newly constructed Buddhist Monastery. Hadimba Devi temple-a small temple situated in the dense forest. On the way up to the village you come upon the Vashist hot baths where a natural sulphur spring is piped into a modern bath -house. You can enjoy whole day bathing in this sacred water which seem to have many skin curative properties. Dinner and overnight stay in Manali.
• Day 8 : Manali-Solang Valley ( Full Day Excursion)

  Full day tour of Solang Valley. The majesty of the mountains and the glaciers can be seen at their best. Take a sledge ride down the slopes, try your luck climbing the little snow hills. While descending to Manali, halt at the Rahalla falls. The Magnificent views and natural beauty are a never-ending source of delight.
  
  You can do Paragliding at Solang Valley, and Take a Helicopter Ride through the beautiful snow capped mountains.Optional adventure activities at Solang Valley are

  Rapelling. - Rock Climbing. - River Crossing. - Paragliding. - Snow scooter fun-rides. Return to the hotel.

• Day 9 : Manali- Kullu Valley (90 km both ways)

  After sumptuous breakfast, proceed for the excursion of Kullu valley. You can do white water river rafting at your own cost. Visit to Angora rabbit wool shawl factory. You can do shopping from Kullu handicrafts market for the Kullu shawls, Pullovers, Kullu jackets, warm caps and Pashmina shawls. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 10 : Manali to Chandigarh Departure (310 km – 8 hrs approx.)

  After breakfast, proceed to Chandigarh. Dropped at Chandigarh airport/ railway station to board flight/train for onward journey back home. Tour ends. but the memories remain !
