Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Cochin and City Sightseeing

  Arrive Cochin Airport / Ernakulam Railway Station and proceed to hotel and check in to hotel, after freshen up, visit Marine Drive in the evening. Overnight stay at Cochin Hotel
• Day 2 : Cochin to Guruvayur ( Approx 100 Kms / 2.5 Hrs )

  After Breakfast , Check out of the hotel and proceed to Guruvayur and check in to a hotel. Visit the temple for Deepradhana and overnight stay in hotel.
• Day 3 : Guruvayur to to Munnar ( Approx 200 Km / 6 hrs)

  Early morning visit the temple for Nirmalyam and then after breakfast proceed to Cochin via visiting Kodungallore Bhagavathi temple and Irinjalakuda Koodamanikya temple Later drive to Munnar through hill station. On the way visit Pine Apple Garden, Rubber Plantations, Spice Plantations, Valara Falls, Cheeyappara Falls. On arrival at Munnar, check in at Hotel. Later in the day free for leisure. Overnight at Hotel in Munnar.

• Day 4 : Munnar Sightseeing

  Morning depart to enjoy full day sight seeing tour of Munnar visiting Madupetty Dam/Lake, Echo Point, Gundala Lake, Photo Point, Rajamalai (Eravikulam) National Park – famous for Nilgiri Tahr(Wild goat), Anaimudi Peak – South India’s Highest Peak, Tata Tea Museum, International Blossom(Hydel) Park, Pothamedu Sunset View. Evening Spice/Tea trailing at Munnar. Overnight at Hotel in Munnar.
• Day 5 : Munnar – Thekkady (Approx 84 Km / 3 hrs)

  Morning after breakfast, drive to Thekkady. Afternoon visit Periyar lake around which the sanctuary is built, for boating. This is the only sanctuary in India where you can have the unique experience of viewing the wild life at close quarters from the safety of a boat. Stay in Thekkady.
• Day 6 : Thekkady to Kumarakom ( Approx 150Km /4 Hrs )

  Today after breakfast, proceed to Kumarakom. Kumarakom, Known widely for its alluding backwaters, Kumarakom is quite popular among locals and tourists. After checking in at the hotel, Later visit Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary and the Backwaters. While relaxing in the Backwater Resort, you can also go for boating at Vembanadu Lake, the largest freshwater lake in Kerala. Then, in the midst of coconuts and lagoons. Overnight at Resort.

• Day 7 : Alleppey

  After Breakfast drive to Alleppey .Board on to the houseboat. Cruise through the backwaters and inland waterways of Allepey. Overnight on board the house boat anchored in the backwaters. Check in Time 12:00 Noon Boarding place: Alleppey. • You will be greeted with a Welcome Drink (Non Alcoholic).Crew will give a brief introduction. • Cruise starts, relax and enjoy the canals and rivers and backwater. • Cruise through backwaters of Kumarakom/alleppey. • Sightseeing includes paddy fields of alleppey. • Stop for Lunch. • Menu: Traditional Kerala cuisine with fish (karimeen) chicken, etc . • Cruise starts again through Pathiramanal area. • Tea & Snacks will be served. • Cruise stops and anchored for Night halt. • Dinner and you can relax and sleep in our super a/c bed rooms.

• Day 8 : Alleppy to Kanyakumari ( Approx 250 Km / 7 Hrs )

  Today after having breakfast , proceed to Kanyakumari, the southern-most tip of India, the meeting place of 3 mighty water bodies – Indian Ocean, Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea. Check in at the hotel, and go for a trip to Vivekananda Rock Memorial.
• Day 9 : Kanyakumari to Kovalam ( Approx 100 Km/ 2.5 Hrs )

  After Checking out proceed directly to Kovalam the backpacker’s paradise. Check in at hotel, take a walk on the beach in the evenings, after which, a relaxing night’s sleep in the hotel.
• Day 10 : Kovalam Sightseeing

  After breakfast, go On a sightseeing to Trivandrum to visit Sree Padhmanabha temple, Shanmukham Beach, Veli Lake Vilage, Museum, Zoo and other major sightseeing spots. Later in the evening return back to Kovalam & Opt for a rejuvenating Ayurvedic body massage (on direct payment basis).
• Day 11 : Trivandrum Drop

  After a delectable breakfast, take a transfer to the airport or railway station in Trivandrum to board train/flight for onward journey.
