Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Srinagar

  Arrive Srinagar, Upon arrival you will be transferred to Hotel. After Lunch you will visit the most famous Mughal gardens of Srinagar, visit the Shalimar Gardens, Nishat bagh & the Chashmashahi Gardens, known for its fountains and roses and later proceed to Shankaracharya Temple. Rest of the day is at leisure for shopping and individual activities, overnight at Hotel. This evening enjoy a Shikara ride on the picturesque Dal Lake and get mesmerized by the stunning beauty of snow clad mountain. Overnight at the Hotel.

• Day 2 : Srinagar - Sonamarg - Srinagar ( 90 Kms / One Way )

  Post breakfast, drive to Sonamarg through the Sindh Valley which presents yet another spectacular facet of countryside in Kashmir. Situated at an altitude of 2730 m, Sonamarg ('The meadow of gold') has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. Optionally visit Thajiwas glacier, a major local attraction during the summer months. Lunch at Sonmarg.Evening drive back to Srinagar. Overnight at Hotel.

• Day 3 : Srinagar - Pahalgam ( 92 Kms / 3 Hours )

  Today after breakfast you will be transferred by road to Pahalgam, the Valley of Shepherds - Situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder river, situated at 2,130 m. On the way visit Avantipur Ruins. The famous Avantipura temple was built is dedicated to Lord Shiva and has great archaeological importance. Arrive and proceed to your hotel, rest of the day at leisure to explore the countryside on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 4 : Pahalgam - Gulmarg ( 143 kms / 51/2 hrs one way)

  This morning proceed for a full day excursion to Gulmarg, a Meadow of Flowers situated at an altitude of 2730 meters. Full day at leisure to take the leisurely walks on the lush green Meadow of Flowers with a backdrop of the the snowcapped mountains. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 5 : Gulmarg - Kangdongri - Gulmarg

  After breakfast , proceed for Gondola ride (Cable car) to Kangdooori (1st level) to experience snow. Return to hotel by Lunch time. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 6 : Gulmarg - Srinagar ( 52 Kms / 2 Hours )

  After breakfast, today you will be transferred to Srinagar. Check in at House Boat. Post lunch at Leisure, early evening enjoy a Shikara ride on the picturesque Dal Lake and get mesmerized by the stunning beauty of snow clad mountain. Overnight at the House Boat.
