  Lal Bagh Botanical Garden - One of the most beautiful gardens in the country, Lal Bagh Botanical Garden is an ideal place to rejuvenate amid the greenery. Cubbon Park - Cubbon Park or Sri Chamarajendra Park is famous for nurturing about 96 species of plants within its expansive premises. One of the major highlights of the park is the Silver Oaktree, which was the very first tree brought in from Australia along with a beautiful Gulmohar Tree. Statues of famous personalities like Mark Cubbon, Mahatma Gandhi, K Sheshadri Iyer, Queen Victoria, King Edward VII, and Sri Chamarajendra Wodeyar add to the beauty of the park. Fun elements like a Toy Train and the Jawahar Bal Bhavan make it popular among children. Vidhana Soudha - An impressive structure, Vidhana Soudha is the largest state legislative building in India. Rising to a height of 46 m, Vidhan Soudha has 300 rooms accommodating 22 departments of the state government. Constructed purely out of granite stone and porphyry stone, it is beautifully adorned with 4 domes at its four corners. Embellishing the entrance of the building is the four-headed Lion, the national emblem of India. Ulsoor Lake - Sprawling over an area of 50 hectares, the Ulsoor Lake is one of the largest lakes in Bangalore. The lake was built by Bangalore's commissioner Sir Lewin Bentham Bowring. Studded with numerous islands, the lake is surrounded by emerald greens which add to the beauty of the lake.
