Payment Terms & Methods : 50% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

"Maximum waiting time on all SIC tours will be 05 minutes only if the guests miss the SIC transfers then they will have to reach the activity area on their own."
"In case the guests miss any tour due to any reason without prior information, MeraTripwala will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever"
No refund will be offered for any pre-booked activities
"Water sport activities are strictly subject to weather conditions, especially Parasailing.
In case the water sports company cancels any of the activities due to weather conditions,
the guest will be offered a replacement of some other available water sport but there will
be no refund as such."
"Parasailing as mentioned above is an issue most of the times due to strong currents.
As a result, a lot of times Adventure Parasailing is offered as an option on the spot by the water sports company 鈥� but of course, there is an extra premium attached to it & the guests will be informed accordingly.
In case they find that expensive than the Manual Parasailing can be replaced with Donut Boat without any extra premium."
"All Special requests will be accepted on emails only, verbal communications of any kind stand invalid."
