Terms & Conditions

• Any change in the itinerary is subject to the weather conditions, political manifestations and government restrictions. Travel Log Holidays & Tour operator reserve the rights to rearrange the itinerary in such cases.
• Refund/alternate for any complementary activity is not applicable if activity gets cancelled搂 Sailing of Pvt. Cruise (Makruzz/Green Ocean/ Aashi Cruise/ Sea Link etc.) is subject to availability,
• if not operated/available travellers will be booked through Govt. Ferry
• Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre-specified Cut - off date after which they will be released.
• 100% Payments have to be made before 15 days of Check-in
• For Peak Season Booking from 20th December till 15th January, 100%Payment has to be made to confirm the bookings.
• In case the customer misses out on a scheduled pickup/drop due to delay from their end, the charges involved to get a different means of transport may not be refunded.

TERMS & CONDITIONS (contd..)

• All hotels rooms will be standard by default unless the customer specifies to receive a different Category of rooms before booking. Check-in / Check-out timings are specific to hotel & cannot be altered. Under group tours,
• Flight/train timings can be different for travellers however travellers need to abide by unique departure timings mentioned by Tour operator.
• In case of an additional sightseeing tour not mentioned in the itinerary or mentioned as optional,
• The cost needs to be borne by the customer. (Driver/Vehicle Charges)
• Rooms will be confirmed only after confirmation of tour package i.e. when 50% of the payment is made to Travel and it is still subject to availability at the time of 50%payment. Incas of unavailability at the mentioned Hotels/Guest House guests can be accommodated at property of a similar standard.
• The execution of the trip is solely the responsibility of the tour operator assigned.
• Refund/alternate for any complementary activity is not applicable if activity gets cancelled.

ADVISORY

• All Indian nationals are required to carry a valid Government ID proof
• All foreign national are requested to carry their passports with them during the tours
• All travellers are advised to carry raincoats who are traveling during June-August
• TIPS & TRICKS
• For summers, it is recommended that you carry something light and cotton clothes. For winters, a light Jacket is preferred.
• Focus on accessories 鈥� Carry sunglasses, flip flops, umbrella, sun screen, caps etc.
• Basic amenities can be packed in travel size bottles like shampoo, lotion etc.
• Carry basic medicines and other specific ones if you are allergic to something or are on medication
• Beach Wears - one can also hire beachwear for scuba diving and snorkeling kits at the beach itself
