Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival at Port Blair / Visit the Cellular Jail + Witness the Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail

  Fly in to Port Blair Airport. Our representative will meet you at Veer Savarkar Airport and assist you with your transfer. Board the waiting vehicle, drive to your hotel and check in. You may spend the first half of the day at leisure. Later in the afternoon, proceed on a visit to Cellular Jail followed by the Sound and Light show. Cellular Jail holds an important place in the story of India's freedom struggle. Many courageous freedom fighters were imprisoned here. Declared a national memorial, this three storey prison constructed by the British in 1906 is a pilgrimage destination for people who love and cherish freedom. This colossal edifice has mutely witnessed the most treacherous of inhuman atrocities borne by the convicts, who were mostly freedom fighters. The day draws to a gentle close with the Sound and Light Show. This show gives you a vivid experience of its strong association with the freedom fighters and their struggle for independence. Overnight stay at respective hotel / resort in Port Blair. (Note‑ Cellular Jail is closed on Mondays and national holidays, visiting hours for Cellular Jail and Museum last till 1600 hours. Sound and Light show is open every day 1800 hours. Sound and Light show tickets are available on first come first serve basis).

• Day 2 : Excursion to Coral Island North Bay & Ross Island

  After breakfast, set off on a full day excursion to Coral Island (North Bay) to see coral reefs, exotic varieties of beautiful ornamental fish and other marine life. This is an ideal place for snorkeling as the sandy beach coupled with clear water creates a breathtaking spectacle. Please carry a packed lunch, drinking water and a change of dress (water sport activities available are scuba diving, underwater sea walk, snorkeling, glass‑bottom boat ride, jet ski‑water scooter, banana boat ride, speed boat, etc on direct payment basis). After North Bay, visit Ross Island, the former residential and administrative island of the British during their rule. It was nicknamed the Paris of the East. This island was completely destroyed in an earthquake and now the structures lay in ruins. Overnight stay at respective hotel in Port Blair.

• Day 3 : Port Blair to Havelock / Excursion to Radhanagar Beach

  After breakfast, you will be assisted with your transfer to Phoenix Bay Harbor to catch a ferry to Havelock. This Island is one of the most beautiful and largest islands of Ritchie's Archipelago and is a placid heaven like no other. Situated 57 km northeast of the South Andamans with an area of 92 sq. kms she offers a breathtaking trail of nature expeditions. The island is primarily populated by Bengali settlers.It is a picturesque island with beautiful sandy beaches and lush green forests.It is home to two beaches that are renowned for their beauty: Vijaynagar Beach and Radhanagar Beach. Havelock has the biggest concentration of breathtaking diving and snorkeling sites, thus acting as a paradise to marine world explorers. On arrival, cab service will be arranged to pickup and drop guest to Radhanagar beach. This beach is also known as Number 7 Beach and was named 'Best Beach in Asia' by a reputed magazine in 2004. Spend the day relaxing at this beach. Later proceed to your selected hotel. Enjoy your overnight stay amongst the sandy beach and lush green forest in your comfortable beach resort. Note: 1) Today your breakfast will be at Port Blair. If you are traveling by an early morning ferry, ask the hotel to provide a packed breakfast. 2) Ferry timings are mentioned in the tickets provided to you, please report 45 minutes prior to departure with a valid photo ID card issued by government/ competent authorities. Ferry timings/departures are subject to weather conditions. 3) Carry only essentials/limited luggage to Havelock / Neil).

• Day 4 : Havelock Island / Day at leisure / Excursion to Elephant beach [Optional] (Cab service not included

  Trip to Elephant Beach 3: Embark on a memorable snorkeling trip, just 40 min by boat. This beach offers snorkelers calm blue shallow waters and is the perfect spot for beginner snorkelers. The boat goes right up to the beach and it's so easy to slip on your gear and just start snorkeling. It's also a great place to just spend the day lying on the beach and relax. The reef here starts very close to shore at a depth of about 1 meter. The large reef is mostly made up of hard coral and has plenty of marine life. Note: Inclusive of snorkeling equipment and car pick up and drop to jetty. (Note‑ 1) This trip is inclusive of transfers, boat charges, Guide floating device and equipment at an additional cost of INR 950/‑ per head. This trip may change to light house due to weather conditions) (You may also opt to hire a 2 wheeler for the day and take a round of the Island, or may choose to go Scuba Diving or Game fishing on direct payment basis).

• Day 5 : Havelock Island to Neil Island / Excursion to Laxmanpur Beach

  After breakfast, a cab will be arranged to provide pickup and drop service to Havelock harbor to catch a ferry to Neil Island (as per advised ferry timings). Neil Island dwells in the lush green surroundings of paddy fields, banana plantations and tropical trees. It occupies an area of 18.9 square kilometers (7.3 sq miles). The island is located 40 kilometers (25 miles) east of Port Blair, the capital of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The pristine sandy beaches at Bharatpur and Laxmanpur are some of the best beaches to explore a quiet heaven for backpackers. On arrival at Neil Island, you will be assisted with your transfer to the selected hotel/resort. You have the first half of the day at leisure. Later in the afternoon proceed on a trip to Laxmanpur beach (sunset point). Spend the evening relaxing on this beach and enjoying the beautiful sunset view. Overnight stay at respective hotel / resort in Neil Island.

• Day 6 : Excursion to Bharatpur Beach, Return back to Port Blair.

  After breakfast check out of the hotel / resort and set out for an excursion to the Bharatpur Beach. The breathtaking view of sea and the lush greenery at this beach makes for a rejuvenating and enjoyable holiday. Spend the day relaxing at this beach. Catch a ferry to Port Blair as per advised ferry timings. Return to Port Blair. Overnight stay at Port Blair.
