Departing from select Diani Beach hotels, guests embark on a memorable adventure starting with dolphin watching and snorkeling among vibrant marine life.The experience includes a visit to the historic Shimoni Slave Caves, where travelers learn about the region鈥檚 darker past. From there, participants board a traditional dhow and sail to Wasini Island, where they can snorkel in the stunning Kisite-Mpunguti Marine National Park and Reserve. Throughout the day, guests are treated to lunch, snacks, and drinks, ensuring a fulfilling and enjoyable journey.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Wasini island visit

  Start Time: 7:00 AM End Time: 6:00 PM
  7:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Travel to Shimoni Pick-up: From your hotel or a designated meeting point in Mombasa. Journey: Enjoy the scenic drive through coastal landscapes and rural areas.
  
  9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Arrival at Shimoni and Boarding the Dhow. Arrival: Arrive at Shimoni, and proceed to the dhow boarding point. Welcome: Receive a warm welcome from the dhow crew. Briefing: Safety briefing and introduction to the day鈥檚 itinerary.
  
  9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Dhow Cruise to Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park. Cruise: Sail towards Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park. Scenic Views: Enjoy the views of the Indian Ocean and the surrounding islands. Refreshments: Light snacks and drinks served onboard.
  
  10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Snorkeling and Dolphin Spotting at Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park. Snorkeling: Arrive at the marine park and gear up for snorkeling.
