This 9 Nights, 10 Days Northeast - Gangtok, Lachen, Lachung, Pelling and Darjeeling package will leave you mesmerized by the beauty of the North East. Visit the capital of the state of Sikkim, Gangtok which is a beautiful city located in the lap of the mountains. With beautiful waterfalls and snowy mountains, Gangtok has the perfect weather for a vacation. Darjeeling very commonly called and known as the 鈥淨ueen of Hills鈥� is one among the most enchanting and appealing hill stations in India. This tour will take you across all the magnificent places wherein you can get an experience and glimpse of the mesmerizing beauty of nature, the amazing sunrise, jaw-dropping locales, the old-world charm of the past, the untouched beauty of the hills, and not to forget the ever smiling and welcoming faces of people at this place.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Gangtok

  On arrival at New Jalapiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport you will be met by our local representative and get transferred to Gangtok. Upon arrival in Gangtok, Check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure. Overnight Stay at the hotel in Gangtok.

• Day 2 : Gangtok | Local Sightseeing

  After breakfast you would be taken for a day excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok. In case of landslide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing.

• Day 3 : Lachen | Naga Waterfall

  After breakfast you would check out from hotel with limited luggage and get driven to Lachen in North Sikkim. On the way stop at Naga Waterfall, The Confluence of Lachen Chu River & Lachung Chu River at Chungthang and Bhim Nala Waterfall. On arrival in Lachen check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Lachen.

• Day 4 : Chopta Valley | Lachung

  Early Morning drive to Chopta Valley (13,200 ft.) & Gurudongmar Lake (17,100 ft.). Back to hotel. After lunch, drive to Lachung (8,700 ft.) Arrive by evening. Dinner & Overnight stay at Lachung.

• Day 5 : Yumthang Valley | Gangtok

  Early Morning you would be driven to Yumthang Valley, also known as Sikkim valley of flowers famous for its natural beauty. There is also a hot spring nearby which is believed to have medicinal properties. Later you would be driven back to the hotel for lunch and thereafter get transferred to Gangtok. On a clear sunny day, on the way back guests can get great views of MountKhangchendzonga from Singhik view point. On arrival in Gangtok check in at the hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.

• Day 6 : Gangtok | Pelling

  After breakfast start for Pelling (6,300 ft.) Enroute visit Samdruptse & Siddheshwar Dham (Chardham) in Namchi. On arrival check-in to your hotel. Overrnight stay at Pelling.

• Day 7 : Pelling | Local Sightseeing

  After breakfast start for full day sightseeing. First Half tour - Darap village, Rimbi water Falls, Khecheopalri Lake & Khangchendzongha waterfalls. In afternoon start for 2nd Half tour - Pemayangtse Monastery, Sang-Ngag Choling (Sky Walk), New Helipad Ground. Overnight stay at Pelling.

• Day 8 : Pelling | Darjeeling

  After breakfast transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 ft.) via Singla Check post. On arrival check-in to hotel & rest of the day free. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

• Day 9 : Darjeeling | Local Sightseeing

  Early Morning drive to Tiger hill (8,400 ft.) to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple (Peace Pagoda). Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

• Day 10 : Darjeeling Departure

  After breakfast, check-out from hotel on time and transfer to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey.
