Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Shillong: A romantic vacation starts

  Upon your arrival at the airport, the tour agent鈥檚 representative will receive and help you with your smooth transfers to your hotel in Shillong.
  
  Revel in the picturesque road journey to your hotel in Shillong from Guwahati and admire the mesmerizing views of surrounding natural beauty. As you reach your hotel, check in and relax for a while. Later in the day, the tour itinerary takes you for a visit to the beautiful Umiam Lake, a manmade reservoir built on the Umiam River.

• Day 2 : Shillong: Sightseeing in the capital city

• Day 5 : Kaziranga: local sightseeing

  After having one night stay at Guwahati, have your breakfast and then move to Kaziranga. On reaching Kaziranga one of our representatives will guide you and you can explore the local tea estate at Kaziranga, Rubber garden, Orchid Park etc. After having an amazing experience at the local tea estates you will have an overnight stay at Kaziranga.

• Day 6 : Major attractions at Kaziranga and drive to Shillong

  Enjoy an early morning safari on elephant back and get up close to the Rhinos. You鈥檙e your breakfast and then leave for a jeep safari to the Central Range of the park. After enjoying the ride you will head towards a second jeep safari ride to the Western range in the afternoon where you will see Hog Deers, Sambhars, and Rhinos feeding in the plentiful. In the evening you will be driving to Shillong. Have an overnight stay at the hotel in Shillong.

• Day 7 : Sightseeing in Shillong

  The journey of Shillong proceeds further and on the 4th day, you will visit Shillong Peak, Elephant fall, Don Bosco Museum, Lady Hydari Park, Wards Lake etc. In the evening you are free to explore the local market, shopping in Police Bazar etc. Have an overnight stay at the hotel in Shillong.

• Day 8 : Visiting Cherrapunjee

  After having breakfast we will head towards the road of Cherrapunjee. Having the heaviest rainfall destination in the world, Cherrapunjee possesses some impressive limestone caves and exotic waterfalls. At Cherrapunjee visit the Nohkalikai Falls, the world鈥檚 largest waterfall. Also visit Mawsmai falls, Eco Park, Thangkharang Park, kynrem falls, seven sisters falls, and a few caves including Arwah, Mawmluh, Mawsmai cave etc. Later, on the way back to Shillong you will visit Shillong Peak, Elephanta falls, Mawkdok valley, spread eagle falls etc. Have an overnight stay at Shillong.

• Day 9 : Visiting Mawlynnong and drive to Dawki

  After breakfast, we will head towards Mawlynnong. Visit the living root bridge and Asia鈥檚 cleanest village named Mawlynnong village. We will also visit Umngot River and experience the local sightseeing at Dawki. Heading towards Bangladesh border we will return back to Shillong in evening and have an overnight stay at Shillong.
