Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Transfer from airport
  
  Accommodation in a hotel
  
  Dinner in the hotel
• Day 2 : Full - Day Tour in Tbilisi

  In the morning we will go to the Ethnographic Museum, where we can view the museum; (In the museum you can see the diversity of residential houses and yards that are characteristic for different parts of Georgia)
  
  After viewing the museum we will visit and shortly review Turtle Lake.
  
  After viewing museum and Turtle Lake we will go in the direction of the capital鈥檚 main avenue-Rustaveli and will view it;
  
  Viewing National Museum; (The Museum features paintings by famous artists as well as the archaeological excavations of ancient artifacts and national treasures)
  
  Lunch in a traditional Georgian restaurant;
  
  After Lunch we will visit the most characteristic place of Tbilisi architect 鈥淎banotubani鈥�, where we can see the various number of sulfur baths and Narikala castle. (The castle is located on an elevated place where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Tbilisi)
  
  Viewing 鈥淪hardeni鈥� and 鈥淏amba line鈥� streets; (These streets were reconstructed in 2006 and returned to its original look. They are distinguished by an interesting mix of European and Asian architecture and numerous cafes and bars that makes picturesque and interesting place for tourists)
  
  After viewing 鈥淪hardeni鈥� and 鈥淏amba line鈥� streets we will visit 鈥淪ioni鈥� cathedral; (In the cathedral we will see the cross which witnessed the spreading of Christianity in Georgia, St. Nino鈥檚 cross made 鈥嬧�媐rom grapevine)
  
  Viewing Erekle II Street; (Street is known for a wide variety of souvenir shops and galleries)
  
  At the end of the tour we鈥檒l visit Metekhi church and the largest cathedral in the Transcaucasia, 鈥淪ameba鈥�, we will view cathedral and also monastery complex in its yard.
• Day 3 : Mtskheta, Ananuri

  At about 10 o鈥檆lock we will go in the direction of the town Mtskheta (City Mtskheta is the former capital of Georgia)
  
  After 30 minute driving we will enter in Mtskheta and first of all will visit 鈥淛vari鈥� Monastery. (Jvari monastery was built in the 6th century. It is included in the World Cultural Heritage list)
  
  Viewing Jvari monastery; (From the entrance of the monastery there is a breathtaking view of Mtskheta)
  
  After visiting the Jvari monastery we will visit 鈥淪vetitskhoveli鈥� Cathedral.
  
  Viewing 鈥淪vetitskhoveli鈥� Cathedral (We will see cathedral and also complex in its yard)
  
  After visiting the cathedral we will sit in the minibus and view the newly reconstructed streets of Mtskheta; (As a result of reconstruction the streets have returned its original face)
  
  Lunch in Georgian restaurant (On the lunch you will taste Georgian traditional dishes)
  
  After lunch and little rest we鈥檒l go straight to the temple complex Ananuri.
  
  After about 30 minute we will visit Ananuri (The complex includes two temples built in different periods of time, a tower and a protective fence. The complex is situated on the outskirts of Zhinvali reservoir, which makes it exceptionally beautiful and pleasing to tourists)
  
  After viewing complex we鈥檒l sit in minibus and after 40 minute ride return back to Tbilisi.
• Day 4 : Gori, Uplistsikhe, Bakuriani

  In the morning hours we will drive to the Gori. After about an hour and half we will arrive in Gori and visit the museum of Joseph Stalin and other sightseeing near it.
  
  After viewing the museum we will have a lunch.
  
  After dinner and little rest, we immediately start the second part of the tour. We will visit complex Uplistsikhe and view it.
  
  After viewing Uplistsikhe we will go to Bakuriani and accommodate.
• Day 5 : Borjomi, Akhaltsikhe,Vardzia

  In the morning, after breakfast we will depart to Akhaltsikhe. We will visit the fortress of Rabati (After rehabilitation, the castle became one of the most important tourist attraction in the Samtskhe 鈥� jvakheti)
  
  Lunch in the restaurant.
  
  After lunch we will visit Vardzia. (Cave monastery complex was founded in the reign of King George III and was developed in the era of his successor King Tamar. From the beginning Vardzia was the protective fortress on the border line, but after devastating earthquake cave lost its defensive value and turned into a monastery complex. In the middle of complex there is church of the Assumption which is entirely covered with frescoes of King George and Tamara). After viewing Vardzia we will depart to Bakuriani and accommodate.
• Day 6 : Kutaisi, Tskaltubo, Batumi

  In the morning we will depart to Kutaisi, which is one of the most beautiful cities in Georgia. 1000 years ago it was the capital of the united Georgia. In Kutaisi we will visit Gelati Monastery. In the entrance of the monastery Georgian king David IV was buried (he was called by Georgian people DAVID THE BUILDER). Also we will visit Bagrati temple which is a symbol of a unified state of Georgia and after this we will view Georgian grottos in Tskaltubo areas.
  
  We will have a lunch and after little rest we鈥檒l go to Batumi and accommodate in hotel.
• Day 7 : Batumi

  In the morning 鈥� free time.
  
  In the afternoon hours, we will visit the Botanical Garden. (Botanical Garden of Batumi is known with its variety of eco 鈥� systems and unique plants)
  
  After viewing Botanical Garden we鈥檒l visit the cathedral church.
  
  Lunch in the restaurant.
  
  After lunch and little rest we鈥檒l visit Piazza Square, European Square and its surrounding area.
  
  Then we will move in the old seaside of boulevard and walk along the coastline;
  
  Visiting the House of Justice, Love Tower and dancing fountains.
  
  At the end of the tour we will visit the new boulevard of Batumi.
• Day 8 : Batumi and Gonio

  In the morning 鈥� free time.
  
  In the afternoon hours we鈥檒l taste the most delicious Acharuli Khachapuri and after this we will depart to the Gonio, which is the nearest settlement of Batumi. In Gonio we will see the historic castle of Goinio.
  
  Returning back in Batumi
  
  At the end of the tour we will visit the port of Batumi and its surrounding area;
  
  Free Time.
• Day 9 : Returning Back to Tbilisi and Flight

  In the morning hours we will departure to Tbilisi.
  
  Along the way we will have lunch and little rest.
  
  After returning back in Tbilisi we will have free time or view the 鈥淒ry Bridge鈥� where you can see and buy unique hand-made souvenirs and antique items.
  
  Departure to the Airport.
