Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Kovalam

  On arrival check into hotel. Lunch at hotel. Afternoon free for beach activities. Dinner and overnight stay in Kovalam.
• Day 2 : Kovalam - Kannya kumari – Kovalam

  After breakfast proceed to Kannyakumari (3 hrs). On arrival lunch at restaurant. After lunch visit Kannyakumari Temple, Vivekananda Rock and Gandhi Memorial. Late evening drive back to Kovalam. Dinner and overnight stay in Kovalam.

• Day 3 : Kovalam - Alleppey ( 4 hours )

  After breakfast drive to Alleppey which is approximately 4 hours drive from Kovalam. On arrival transfer to Houseboats which are traditionally decorated and set on an enchanting backwater. Lunch is served on the houseboat. In the afternoon, while cruising in these floating luxury-villas, let your eyes settle for the rare and the unusual. Pass by the Chinese fishing nets, bowed-down paddy fields, and local inhabitants engaged in making coir products. Dinner and overnight stay in Houseboat.
• Day 4 : Alleppey – Thekkady (120 kms / 4 hours)

  After breakfast check out from the houseboat and drive to Thekkady. On arrival check into hotel. After lunch proceed for local sightseeing of Thekkady. The Periyar wild life sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq. km of which 360 sq. km is thick evergreen forest. Later visit Periyar Lake & Spice Plantation. Elephant ride at optional cost. Dinner and overnight stay in Thekkady.
• Day 5 : Thekkady –Munnar (144 kms /4hrs)

  After breakfast proceed to Munnar which is approximately 4 hours drive from Thekkaddy. On arrival check into hotel. Munnar is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale and is 1600 meters above sea level. This majestic hill station was once the summer resort of the British government in South India. Evening free at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in Munnar.

• Day 6 : Munnar

  After breakfast proceed for local sightseeing of Munnar which includes Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake and Tea Museum. Afternoon return to hotel for lunch. Evening visit to Blossom Park which is a beautiful garden with rare varieties of plants and flowers. Dinner and overnight stay in Munnar.
• Day 7 : Munnar – Cochin ( 140 kms / 4 hours)

  After breakfast drive to Cochin. On arrival check into hotel and lunch. Late afternoon visit Marine drive and shopping of traditional items and spices. Overnight at Cochin.
• Day 8 : Cochin

  Morning visit Fort Kochi. After lunch check out and transfer to airport to connect flight back to your home.
