7 Nights / 8 Days
Pick you from your accommodation after breakfast. Begin our 5 hrs drive to Gulu district.
We shall make brief stops on our scenic journey.
Have breakfast, and head to a community village where we shall take time learning day to day activities of the people of Acholi. Here we shall fetch water for cooking in pots, cook our freshly sourced food from the garden. We shall cook a variety of dishes. After our lunch we shall start wriggling to the dance tunes of the Acholi; Ding ding, Rarakaraka, Bwola and you will not miss going to the gym. Every dance has a story it tells.

Today we visit Fort Patiko also known as Sir Samuel Baker Fort which is 30km north of Gulu town. A rich history about slave trade here. The scenery here too is to die for.
We leave Gulu very early at 5.30pm heading for Murchison falls. Delving straight into the Jungles for a game drive in search for the big cats hunting down their prey. We shall see the Elephants browsing, the elegant tall giraffes feeding from the tree shrubs and a lot more. Following your lunch at the lodge, we shall go for a cruise on the Nile waters to view the gigantic Nile crocodiles (which are the biggest in the world), Hippos cooling off from the heat as well as Buffalos and Elephants (which can be seen at the river banks) and a stunning array of charming birds dotting our skies as we sail to the base of the Murchison Falls. For greater action, we stop at the base of Murchison and take a guided 30 minute hike to the top of the falls. In addition to the amazing scenery, you will also be able to view Uhuru Falls. You will be in awe while viewing glorious Murchison Falls which has the most powerful water surge in the world!
Murchison - Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary - Kampala
After your sumptuous breakfast, we drive out of Murchison falls to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary which is the only place you will find the critically endangered Rhinos in the wild within Uganda. This walk, in search for the Rhinos, will take us 1-2 hours. Have lunch and proceed to Kampala.
We shall visit the following places; Namugongo martyrs shrine, Bahai temple, Mengo palace (Twekobe) and the Uganda Museum. We finish this with shopping curios at the Craft markets.
Pick up time to the Airport will depend on your flight.
