Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Guwahati Airport - Shillong (130 Kms / 3 ½ hrs drive)

  Meet & greet on arrival at Guwahati airport & transfer to Shillong. Enroute visit Umium Lake. Check in Hotel. Overnight in Shillong
• Day 2 : Shillong - Cherrapunjee - Shillong (60 Kms / 2 hrs - One way)

  After breakfast excursion to Cherrapunjee. Later return back to Shillong. Evening visit Local markets. Overnight in Shillong
• Day 3 : Shillong - Mawlynnong - Shillong (85 Kms / 2 ½ hrs - One w ay

• Day 5 : Shillong - Tezpur (310 Kms / 6 hrs drive

  As per your convenience,checkout of the hotel after breakfast and get driven to Tezpur. Enroute see the beautiful picturesque of the Himalayas and natural beauty. On arrival at Tezpur, check into your pre booked hotel, relax for a while and optionally visit the local market. Overnight stay at the hotel
• Day 6 : Tezpur - Ziro

  Post breakfast, check out of the hotel and get driven to Ziro. On arrival, check into your pre booked hotel and stay overnight.
• Day 7 : Ziro

  Post breakfast, move out of the hotel and proceed for full day sightseeing . Visit Apatani villages, Tari n fish farm, Emporium, Museum and local market. Overnight in Ziro.
• Day 8 : Ziro - Daporijo (160 Km / 7 Hrs ) / Arunacha

  After breakfast drive to Daporijo. Overnight in Daporijo
• Day 9 : Daporijo - Along ( 160 Km / 7 Hrs ) / Arunachal

  Morning visit Shiva Cave and hike to Nayam Village. Visit the spentacular hanging rope bridge. Visit the Tagin Tribal Villages. Drive to Along & O/N.
• Day 10 : Along - Pasighat (6 Hrs) / Arunachal

  Visit and witness the culture of the Adi tribe in various Adi villages. Afternoon proceed to Passighat and stay there overnight
• Day 11 : Pasighat - Dibrugarhp(3 - 6 Hrs) / Arunachal - Assam

• Day 15 : Nagaland (Kohima)

  After breakfast full day visit to Kohima including world war cemetery, Kohima village. Overnight in Kohima. War cemetery : The well maintained memorial commemorates brave soldiers and warriors who laid their lives fighting the Japanese during the World War II. It is embellished by two tall crosses against the backdrop of seasonal roses & lush grass. The base of the lower cross, is engraved with touching lines:"When you go home, tell them of us & say; For your tomorrow, we gave our today" Nagaland state Museum: it is housed in ancestral weaponry & provides an insight into the Naga culture, traditions & history. The exquisitely carved gateposts, status pillars, statues & traditional Naga costumes & jewellery are the main exhibits of the museum. Kohima village: The village is said to be the biggest & most populous in entire Asia. According to Naga legend, the present day Kohima was founded here. At the entrance are exquisitely carved ceremonial gates, with the scimitar of horns of mithun (Bos Frontalis), symbolizing bravery & valor. The Catholic Cathedral at Aradura Hill in Kohima, is one of the biggest cathedrals in North-east India. Its splendid architecture makes it one of the important landmarks of Kohima. The unique design created by blending the traditional with the orthodox developed into an architectural marvel. A must-visit place in Kohima
• Day 16 : Kohima - Imphal

  After breakfast drive to Imphal (150 Kms / 5½ hrs drive) through the breathtaking mountain scenery. Later transferred to Hotel Classic or similar. Rest of the day free for own activities.Overnight at Hotel.
• Day 17 : Imphal

  Tour the capital including Zoological Gardens, Khonghampat Orchidarium, Shri Govindajee Temple, Khwairamband Bazaar, Manipur State Museum and Shahid Minar
• Day 18 : Imphal Airport Drop

  After breakfast drop at Imphal airport
