Price Notes

• The rates are per person sharing based on number of 6 pax per vehicle. Rates are priced as per usd ($)
• SRS is applicable over and above the per adult sharing rate (2pax rate) when a room is occupied by 1 Adult, whether alone or sharing with a child/ren.
• The rate for the Single Room Supplement (SRS) has to be added to the cost of per person sharing rate on 2 pax column.
• Cut off (Till how many days before we can book package); 1 week prior, subject to hotel and/ or vehicle availability.
• Rooms to open for selling as per according to respective hotel availability.
• Child Sharing with Adult Rate remains the same whether with bed or with no bed. Hotels will provide a maximum of 1 extra bed per roomie the maximum configuration of a room will be either 3 single beds, or a double bed and an extra (single) bed.
• Infant under 2yrs sharing with Adults: Foc (Free of Charge).
• Tours to start and end within the date bands indicated under the Period Column. If the tour extends to the next date band (season/period), kindly request for rates. Rates are exclusive of holiday’s supplement (Easter Holiday; 15th April -24TH April)
• Please note that NO Bookings have been made and confirmation will be subject to availability on reservation

Please Note

• A Maximum of 2 Singles will be extended per group at Single Room Rate. Any additional Single rooms will be charged at double room rate.
• All quotations are based on current Government Park Tariffs. Park fees are subject to change without prior notice.
• Tourists’ Visa to Kenya should be applied for on-line on as manual visa on arrival is no longer available.
• Personal travel insurance cover is recommended for all visitors to East Africa
• Tourists’ Visas to Tanzania is available on arrival for most nationalities. Tanzania Visas can be applied for online for most nationalities
• We shall NOT be liable for any excursions or extra services NOT booked through our office while on tour.
• Please restrict baggage per person to 15 kilos if you are taking a domestic flight and 20 kilos if you are doing a road safari. Soft bags are preferable
• It is mandatory for travelers returning to some countries from Tanzania to be in possession of a valid Yellow Fever Certificate; and currently a COVID vaccination certificate. As well, any one entering Tanzania should have a COVID negative PCR certificate taken less than 72hrs prior to arrival. Costs of any tests/vaccinations are NOT included in the quote above. Kindly reconfirmonthe requirements before confirming any booking.
• Any Force Majeure provision does apply when certain circumstances beyond our control arise, making performance inadvisable, illegal, or impossible
• Alika Adventures is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from third-party service providers or uncontrollable events :Client Responsibility: clients must ensure all travelers adhere tolocal laws, respect wildlife, and avoid actions that could endanger themselves or others. Alika Adventures reserves the right to terminate services for non-compliance.
• Flight rates are subject to change based on airline pricing and availability. Alika Adventures will provide the best available rate at the time of booking confirmation; however, final ticket pricesmay vary until payment is completed and tickets are issued.
• Unless otherwise stated, standard packages include daily breakfast. Additional meals, including lunch, dinner, and special dietary requirements, are available at an extra charge.
• Early check-in requests are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges. Alika Adventures will coordinate with the hotel to confirm availability but cannot guarantee early accessto rooms without prior confirmation: Rooms are also subject to availability and may incur additional fees, depending on the hotel’s policy. Requests for early check inn/late check-out should be made at least 24 hours before departure, and Alika Adventures will confirm any as sociated charges
• Variable not mentioned on your Quotation or Payment Receipt or Itinerary for your Holiday or Safari is therein not Part of the Costs and as Such, over and above variables will be payable directly
