Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Jammu: Arrival, Transfer to Katra, and Leisure Time

Welcome to Jammu, the winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir!
On arrival at the Jammu airport, proceed towards Katra by car. Check-in at the hotel and proceed towards to your room to rest and relax. Spend the entire day at leisure. You can also explore the areas in the hotel鈥檚 vicinity at your wish. Later in the night, catch up a warm and sound sleep in the hotel.

Day 2 : Pahalgam: Mata Vaishno Devi, Patnitop and Transfer to Pahalgam

Indulge in one of the holiest pilgrimages to Mata Vaishno Devi shrine
Savor an early breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel as the sacred 鈥楳ata Vaishno Devi鈥� pilgrimage awaits you today. You can proceed to Bhawan by foot or by ponies or by chopper. Then, visit the holiest Mata Devi shrine and seek Ma鈥檚 blessings and soak in the religious vibes around. After the soul melting darshan, return back to Katra by ponies or chopper. After that, seek blessings at the most sacred temple in Srinagar, the Shankaracharya temple built on the Zabarwan mountain ranges. At the end of the day, return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :Standard Cancellation:
Customers may cancel their booking at any time, subject to the following cancellation fees:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date: 20% of the total package cost.
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the departure date: 30% of the total package cost.
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the departure date: 50% of the total package cost.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure date: 100% of the total package cost.
Peak Season Cancellation:
During peak seasons or special events, different cancellation periods and fees may apply. Peak season dates and applicable cancellation fees will be communicated to customers at the time of booking.
Cancellation Procedure:
Customers must submit their cancellation request in writing, either via email or by phone, specifying their booking reference number and reason for cancellation.
Verbal cancellation requests or requests received outside of business hours will not be considered valid, and the cancellation will be prosed based on the date and time of the written request.

In the event of extenuating circumstances such as serious illness, injury, or death of the customer or an immediate family member, the company may waive the cancellation fees upon receipt of appropriate documentation.

The company reserves the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient participation.
In the event of a cancellation by the company, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be made by the company.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original booking.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days from the date of receiving the cancellation request and any required documentation.
