Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : IXB/NJP/Siliguri to Darjeeling

  After being received at IXB/NJP/Siliguri, proceed to Darjeeling (6730 ft) which is 70 km away and takes 3 hours approximately. After reaching Darjeeling, check-in at the hotel. You can visit the Mall Road and go for a stroll in the evening. Overnight stay.

• Day 2 : Darjeeling city tour

  Wake up early in the morning (3:30am) to witness the sunrise from Tiger Hill (2,590 meters/13 KM/45 min). On the way back, visit the famous Ghoom Monastery and the Batasia Loop. Proceed for half day city tour around Darjeeling (09:00 am to 3:30)covering The Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda,P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed)and outer view of Tea Garden (Chitrey).

• Day 3 : Darjeeling to Pelling and Pelling half day sightseeing

  After breakfast (08:00am), head towards Pelling (110 Kms/4 Hrs/7200ft). Proceed for half day sightseeing (08:30am to 12:30pm) covering Pemayangtse Monastry, Rabdantse Ruins, and Skywalk. Check in hotel at evening

• Day 4 : Pelling to Gangtok via Namchi

  After breakfast(08:00am), drive to Gangtok (5,410 ft./120 km approx/5 hrs ) via Namchi, South Sikkim (2 - 3 hours taken extra time taken) covering Samdruptse Stupa (118 Ft statue of Guru Padma Sambhava) and the beautiful replica of CHAR DHAM of India.On arrival check-in at the hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

• Day 5 : Gangtok City Tour

  Go for Gangtok full day sightseeing (8:30am to 4:30pm) covering Handicraft Center, Bakthang water falls, Tashi View Point, Gonjang Monastry, Nature Interpretation center, Ganesh Tok, Flower Show, Tibet logy, Chorten Stupa and Banjhakri Water Falls. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

• Day 6 : Tsomgo Lake and New Baba Mandir and transfer to siliguri

  After early breakfast,(7:30am) start for a full day excursion to Tsomgo lake (12,400ft) and New Baba Mandir (13,200ft).Pease note Nathula pass (Indo Chinese border) situated at 14,500 ft. is an optional sightseeing point for Indian Nationals only, which is not a part of this package. Special Permit is required for Nathula and is done on extra cost and is totally dependent in the issuance of permit by the Sikkim tourism Dept which is issued on the day of travel only. Valid documents need to be provided seven days prior for Nathula permit. Once the permit is issued the amount is non refundable It is closed for visitors on Mondays and Tuesdays. Permits may be granted in clubbing basis. Note – Alternative sightseeing provided incase of Tsomgo lake permit not issued due to natural calamity or political disorder . after changu lake excursion we will transfer towards siliguri and overnight stay in siliguri.

• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
• Travel Insurance.
• Anything which is not include in the inclusion.

• Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).
• For the X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.

• Vehicle Ac will not work in Hills.

• Visit to all Museums in program are subject to their remaining open on day of visit as per rules of competent authority. Early check in & Late Checkout is subject to availability, we can only make a request to hotel for early check in & Late check out if prior intimated.(Check In Time @ 12 :30 PM & Check out Time will be 11:00 AM)
• For Any Specific requirement Ex. Non Veg. Meal, Ground Floor Rooms etc. please inform us at the time of Booking. All these kind of services depend upon hotel policy & Availability.
• Hotel Confirmation Vouchers / Cab & Driver Details will be provided only after 100% Payment will be received. Quotation is not the final programmer, it may change as per your requirements & also as per availability of sources at the time of booking.

Pandemic Policy

• In Case of Pandemic or Lockdown like situation, we shall reschedule the packages (extra charges may or may not apply depending on Hotel & transport rate as per season) or shall refund the amount after deducting 10% on the total package amount.

• Check in & Check out Timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the respective Hotels .
• For Extra Person Sharing the Room & Child with Extra Bed, almost all the hotel of our area provides MATTRESS and ROLLOVERS as a supplement to Extra Bed.
• Most of the hotels in Hills do not have lift, so you have to climb stairs to reach their rooms. In case anyone has problems climbing stairs do let us know in advance so that we are careful in assigning Hotels.
• Hotel in Deluxe & Standard Category provides room heater on request & on extra payment.
• TRANSPORT:
• Seating capacity of a Luxury vehicle (Innova/Xylo/Simillar) is 06 Persons including child for Non A/c Sumo / Max for 4-8 pax including child for WagonR / Alto / Santro for 1-3 Pax including child.
• Tata Sumo/Boleros can go only upto the stand at Gangtok after which a Taxi up to the hotel needs to be arranged at additonal cost.
• Your luggage is your own responsibility. Take care of your baggage during the Tour.
• Operations:
• In case of any Flight / Train Cancellation, Legacy Holidays will not be responsible for the same and the cancellation policy will be applicable.
• Sikkim & Darjeeling is a hilly area. It is always advisable to bring warm clothes even during summer and heavy woolens in winter.
• Any extra EXPENSES INCURRED due to natural calamity or political disturbance is to be borne by the passengers directly on the spot on actual.
