Package Overview

If your idea of holidaying involves spending time amidst snow-capped mountains and lush forests, then you should head to North East. You can revel in the charm of this land with this 5N Northeast - Gangtok and Darjeeling package. The tour unfolds from Gangtok where you get to explore Ghoom Monastery, Peace Pagoda, Rumtek Monastery, and etc. Later move to Darjeeling to enjoy a tour of the Batasia Loop, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, etc. Time spent at Tea Estate and Bakthang Falls will be a treat for the senses.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Gangtok

  On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport you will be met by our local representative and get transferred to Gangtok. Upon arrival in Gangtok, Check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure. Overnight Stay at the hotel in Gangtok.

• Day 2 : Excursion to Tsomgo Lake | Baba Mandir

  After breakfast you would be taken for a day excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok. We will provide alternate sightseeing in case the Tsomgo Lake is closed due to Land slide or any other reason.

• Day 3 : Gangtok | Local Sightseeing

  Start for a Full day city tour covering Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten, Gonjang Monastery & Banjakhri Falls (maximum 6 hours). Overnight stay at Gangtok.

• Day 4 : Gangtok | Darjeeling

  After breakfast drive to Darjeeling (6,950 ft.). On arrival Check-in to hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

• Day 5 : Darjeeling | Local Sightseeing

  Early in the morning you would be driven to Tiger Hills (2590 mts) to see the spectacular sunrise view over the Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather). After breakfast you would be visiting Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop, Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (Thursday Closed)& Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Thursday Closed), Darjeeling Ropeway Ride (Ticket cost not included), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Sunday Closed)& Tea Garden (Outer View). Evening free for leisure. Overnight Stay at the Hotel in Darjeeling.

• Day 6 : Darjeeling Departure

  After breakfast, check-out from hotel on time and transfer to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey.
