Payment Terms & Methods : Domestic Payment Term:
Tour prices are printed in our brochures. Please return duly signed and completed booking
detail to us or our appointed agents along with an initial deposit for all tour packages. This
initial deposit amount is non-refundable or non-transferable in the event of cancellation /
change of travel date of tour by the Clients
The Client must pay the balance amount 30 days prior to the date of departure of the Tour.
If client fails to pay the balance amount within stipulated time then the booking shall be
deemed to be the cancelled and entire initial deposit will be forfeited and the passenger
shall not be entitled to the refund of the same.
On payment of the deposit amount you will be given an official receipt from Travel Bosss.
The EMI options, if applicable, will be only available for the payment done online during the
package booking. EMI option is not available for any payment done after the online booking
of the package.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Flight / Train / Car booking will be done only after receipt of full fare payment
(Flight / Train / Car fare) only.
飩� Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time 1400 hrs and 1200 hrs respectively.
飩� Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is put on hold-On time
limit basis or vouchered after receipt of initial booking amount. Rates include only
those items specified in your itinerary.
飩� Transfers in between 1900 Hrs to 0700 50 % of Transfer supplement will be charged.
飩� Refund strictly as per the cancellation policy given.
飩� Package rates are valid for the selected travel dates only and for the room category
and other services, specified
飩� Above rates are valid on a minimum of 2 adults travelling together
飩� No refund for unutilized services.

飩� If the guest wishes to change itinerary or places after booking of package, you are
required to pay the price difference.
飩� The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort / hotel
where they are accommodated.
飩� Sometimes due to unforeseen situations need may arise for us to make slight
changes to tour itinerary; guests are requested to cooperate with us.
飩� Request guests to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time
shall be 05 minutes for SIC and 10 minutes for Private.
飩� Inter connecting rooms/Adjacent rooms/Rooms on same floor /rooms near to each
other are strictly subject to availability.
飩� For any amendment requests while on tour, please request your guests to contact
you or our local emergency numbers and the request shall be subject to availability,
with/without any supplement charge.
飩� Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 90 minutes from the touchdown of the
flight. If the customer is delayed then from for 1 hour an extra amount will be
charged
飩� For any amendment requests in the Itinerary, please advise our me/transport
manager at least 48 hours in advance and the request shall be subject to availability
飩� Shorter-stays than the booked stay and early check-out will be regarded as
cancellation and hence no refund will be provided for any un-utilized service/s.
飩� Strictly NO Refund for un-utilized services once booking made confirmed
飩� No amendments (name changes, date changes, hotel change etc.) will be done once
the booking is Vouchered. Any changes possible will be done offline, subject to any
cancellation / rebooking / additional charges (as applicable).
飩� We do not hold any responsibility for additional cost or adjustment which may arise
as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of
transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an
airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist
activity etc. Also, any subsequent increase in the cost, which may arise from the
increase of fuel price, govt taxes or accommodation charges shall have to be charged
additionally.
飩� Rates quoted are based on INR for specified No. of persons
飩� We shall have no legal liability for any loss, damage, personal injury arising directly
or indirectly from any aspect of your Holiday.
飩� Journey undertaken by air, land or sea is governed by the terms and conditions
飩� The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity
authenticating the person and you shall not make a reservation in a fictitious
name.
飩� Showing around all the places mentioned in our packages depend upon the
availability of time and climatic conditions.
飩� It is the responsibility of the guest to carry all necessary travel documents such as
accommodation voucher / confirmation, passport, other valid identity proof,
flight/air tickets etc.
飩� In the unfortunate event of vehicle breakdown, we will provide you alternate
vehicle. However, the time loss due to event will not be compensated.
飩� All the hotels have been given as per your budget, kindly visit their respective
websites for better understanding before confirming.

飩� City tax fee City / Resort Fees / Tourist taxes is not included in the package which is
directly paid to the hotel by customer.
飩� Above rates quoted based on the group size and should the no of PAX decrease, we
have the right to revise the package rate without prior notice.
飩� In case of any immigration/Visa complications, the cancellation policy shall be
applicable in full.
飩� Please note that pick-up for all transfer and tours will be done as per the details in
the Tour Briefing Sheet. This document is shared closer to the date of travel and all
guests must carry the Tour Briefing Sheet during their travel.
飩� Insurance is not covered in the package so please cover yourself with an insurance at
your own cost before travelling on a package tour.
飩� Rates are subject to change without prior notice, unless the booking is put on
鈥淗old鈥� on time limit basis or 鈥淰ouchered鈥� and in case hold booking payment is not
received within informed time limit then booking will be cancelled and no refund
will be provided.
飩� Booking will be vouchered on receipt of full package price payment only.
