Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Nairobi to Nyeri

  For your 4 Days Aberdares National Park safari tour, you will be picked up from your hotel and then we drive through the green central highlands rich for farming and other activities,after 3 and a half to 4 hours we will have arrived to Nyeri which is the base town for the Aberdares.We will have a stop over on the way for the Lunch.Check in a Hotel,relax for the evening.as the same time we will be preparing in doing some shopping for the stuffs of the fresh food to use up on the Aberdares. Dinner and overnight in a hotel.
• Day 2 : Aberdares National Park

  After the breakfast,we will drive to the park Headquarters at Mweiga, and after clearing with the park ,we sign in to the park through the Tree top gate, just after the gate is the Salient part of the park ,where we have a thick forest which is very very rich in big game ,this is where we will do the Game drive,we can see Buffaloes ,Elephants,hopefully also see Leopards,Giant warthog ,Rhino ,beautiful Bongo Antelope (few remaining found in kenya ,)Colobus monkey .We can also see different species of the Birds like,African Green Ibis,Cuckoo Hawk Cape Eagle owl,Mountain Buzzard,Turaco ,Sunbird ,geese and the Francolin.
  
  we will be driving up and we can stop for a Picnic Lunch.later we will get to our Camp Reedback which is set up in a moorlands from the camp we can hear the falling waters in the nearby water falls,Dinner is enjoyed at a born fire just near our tents.over night in the camp.
• Day 3 : Aberdares Waterfalls and Nature Walk

  After we have the Breakfast,we will pick an Armed ranger,and we can decide to walk or drive to the water falls. This is a rewarding scenic Adventure day to the Magnificent beautiful water falls,the main ones are Karuru water falls ,that falls in 3 steps ,1st step is 117m long ,2nd step is 26m long and 3rd step is 130m long ,total is 273m long.very beautiful.we have a view point where we stand and see the falling waters,take photos ,later we can visit Gura falls,then return in the evening back to the camp Reedback for dinner and overnight. Lunch will be picnic.
• Day 4 : Aberdares to Nairobi

  After having our breakfast at the camp,we will drive back ,and stop and visit the Chania water falls,take photos,from the view point,if the weather permits we can see the great Rift Valley ,( lake Naivasha ,Mau Escarpment )and also the Snow capped high peaks of mount kenya.Then we can proceed driving to Nairobi.
