The Chanshal Pass Trek is one of the best offbeat treks near Shimla that takes you to the high altitude Chanshal Pass (13,000 ft) which connects Rohru to the villages of Dodra-Kwar, one of the most isolated villages in the Shimla district near the border of Uttarakhand.
