Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Day 1 :- Delhi – Manali Distance :- 570 Kms (13/14 Hrs)

  Arriving in Delhi airport/ Railway station in morning time our cab will pick from Delhi Airport/Railway station, start your wonderful vacation to Himachal starting from Manali. Reach Manali within 10 hours and check into the hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay.

• Day 2 : Day 2 :- Manali- Solang Valley (Atal Tunnel/ Rohtang by direct payment basis) Tuesday Closed Rohtang pass Distance: - 14Kms (01 /02 Hrs)

  Wake up to the sweet sound of nature and after breakfast head towards Solang Valley. This valley is famous for its adventure activities and you can try your hand at Paragliding, Zorbing, ATV Rides, Horse-riding, Trail-rides and so much more. Before indulging in these activities make sure to understand all safety protocols and measures.
  Option 1. (Rohtang Pass) You can also visit Rohtang Pass – this will be solely at the discretion of the local & NGT governing authorities and at extra cost.
  Option 2. (Atal Tunnel) You can also visit and drive – through the newly built Atal Tunnel, one of the highest Tunnels in the World. This tunnel acts as a gateway to the Lahaul & Spiti Valley. You can make a stop at the North-Portal of the tunnel for an amazing photo-shoot. This option will be at extra cost. Afterwards return to the hotel for dinner and a comfortable stay.
  NOTE : Kindly inform us to add these options at the time of booking. Winter Note: During Snowfall Solang valley sightseeing point will be covered if weather, road condition is clear and possibilities of vehicle to reach there, otherwise sightseeing up to Barrier Point will be provided.

• Day 3 : Day 3 :- Manali- Manali Local Sightseeing

  Today morning after breakfast After proceed to Manali Local sightseeing which includes- Hadimba Devi Temple (This temple constructed in 1553 A.D is Dedicated to Himachal's Most Significant Deity Hadimba Mata) Vaishnu, etc.), Vashisht Hot springs (Dedicated to Vashisht Muni & well known for its hot Curable water and Religious),Tibetans Monastery. Evening you will be free to explore the Mall Road & IBEX Market of Manali after the sightseeing back to Manali Hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 4 : Day 4 :- Manali- Kullu –Delhi Distance :- 570Kms (12 / 13 Hrs)

  Today morning After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Delhi Kullu market enjoy thrilling River Rafting (at your own expense), to visit the World famous Pashmina Shawl Factory. and on the way cover Pandoh Dam, visit Hanogi Mata Temple and Vaishno Devi Temple. and then drive to Delhi for your onward journey. Cab will drop you Delhi airport/ Railway station.

• Once your booking is confirmed and we receive your amount you will receive an acknowledgment email from our end and you need to reply on the same with all the necessary details which you will be asked for
• Please note- These packages are customizable which means that changes can be done to the itinerary/activity, if you desire so . The final payment will be calculated as per the changes made in the itinerary which will be outlined in the confirmatory email sent to you .
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, minibar etc, are not included. We do not bear the responsibility of refund for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• Bizarre Yatra- The Brand of Faith does not accept responsibility for any change in prices or variation of services as shown, and all services and prices are subject to change without notice.
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided In the first booking confirmation email Bizarre Yatra- brand of faith Reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you Refunds would be as per the package.
• Cancellation Policy:-
• • All cancellations must be made in writing via email
• • Please request a written confirmation back from us acknowledging such cancellation, you must expect a reply from one of your reservations executives on the same day This confirmation will work as your guarantee that we have received the cancellation on that day.
• • Cancellation costs are calculated based on the date that company receives the actual cancellation in writing, minus any other guarantee deposit to hotels, local flights and service providers which are non-refundable based and their own cancellation policies. Flight tickets cancellation will follow the airline's policy.
• • If the client is willing to cancel his/her booking because of whosoever reason including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the company is liable to recover cancellation charges from the client.
• • Advance amount is non refundable, in case of no Show from customer & cancellation within 7 days.
• • Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your request e-mail to cancel the package and cancellation charges would be as follows:-
• • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.
• • 10 - 15 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
• • In case of cancellation for Christmas and New Year period i.e. during 20th Dec to 05th Jan, the payment is non-refundable.
• Child Policy
• Children below 5 years are complementary in the parent's room without an extra bed. (Milk/Food for infants or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel.
• Amendment Policy (Prepone& Postpone)
• • For postpone/ Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be informed at least 30 days prior to the tour date. Some charges may apply Acc. festival seasonal & weekend dates
• • INR 3000/- will be charged extra for Prepone / Postpone
• • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date except in cases of force majeure or political disturbances.
• • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, services and costing will be subject to availability and season/off season time.
• • The validity of "Postponed Packages" is 1 Year from the date of booking.
• • Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to u I writing all changes will be processed one after the receipt of the same by the company.
• • If any amendment within the tour is requested by the guest will be related as fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier tour cost.
• • We suggest each and every traveller to carry his/her id proof and the voucher issued by Bizarre Yatra- The Brand of Faith during the tour.
• • Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen untensile.
• Payment Terms and Methods
• *Payment Terms & Methods: * 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• *Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• *Cancellation & Refund Policy: * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• *For booking confirmation need to pay 50% amount in company account by cheque/ cash/ net banking in our company account. The remaining amount should be paid at the time of check in at the hotel.
• *Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
